You're right, we only have her side of the story, so we can't corroborate it. I don't think her claim lacks credibility by default, but I agree that we can't back it up, either. Although the statements are linked to sources, I don't know whether you can believe everything. Nevertheless, I will be suspicious of things she says in future. It's obvious that she's issues and doesn't take the truth too seriously.
