I did think unfortunately this would happen. Weight and body perception always has ups and downs and considering the big gains (no pun) made the past decade or so I figured a "correction" was possible. The weight loss drugs, even if one isn't taking them, also play into it. Still I think the new norm for Bebe and other celebs is thicker and heavier than in past. I suspect after a slight slim down cycle we will get more gains. The belly is still the last frontier. A chubby belly is less taboo than in past but unlike boobs or ass the "mainstream" still hasn't expressed or normalized the preference for a belly. Hopefully some of the influencers here can help with that.

I have noticed this too. Nicole Johannson, Diana Sirokai etc have all gained feedee level weight during their careers. What do we think the average plus model's bmi is now? I would say its gone from like 30-35 over time

Update: She wore a tight clingy white shirt today that showed off every bit of indulgence and a generously sized belly flopping over the waistband. Do women aware of their weight dress like this if they aren't cool w it? Oh I need to get a conversation going.
