I´m having some tech problems so I can´t show the insta story, but I did get a screenshot to share.

So this screenshot illustrates that Mayara has arrived at the Globo studio where she will be a part of the Verdades Secretas 2 show, which ofcourse is exciting and hopefully we will be able to find a way to watch her in the series when it premieres.

But in my opinion this little bit of news that Mayara is on set is extra positiv, because it means she has recoved from Covid.

For the month of April, Mayara has been very silent on Instagram, on the 9th of April she revealed on Instagram that she had covid, along with the rest of her household, Mayara wrote she was doing ok but has mom was in the hospital, a few days ago she updated and wrote on Instagram that things are better with her mom, so thats good news.

So seeing Mayara now at the studio sure is a good sign.

So Mayara has again been featured in an article, this time she gets around a few subjects, I have google translated some of the more interesting parts.

The main theme of the article is Mayara criticizing an influencer who fasted for 7 days, where Mayara talks about how irresponsible that message to show the influnecers followers.

Then she talks about the evolution of the plus size market and how its still not diverse enough yet, here is a qoute from Mayara

The actress highlights the importance of a wide representation, but reinforces that the choice of models that print the campaigns is the first step for a brand to say, in fact, accessible for any sizes. “All the bodies deserve to be represented, but I do not think it is coherent for a company that says to make clothes from 44 to 66 use only smaller models to print a catalog. How can a bigger fat woman see herself in a body that is not hers, even though in theory they have sizes for her? You don't see it. She has no idea how that outfit will look on her, whether she will like the trim or something, ”she says

A very good point from Mayara, tho it seems like she has a wide range of clients and brands to work for, its still very limited for a model like Leka Lopes, she mostly only works for 1 brand, where she models size 60 and 62, so in that regard there is still a void regarding representation for ther larger ladies who are in the size realms of Mayara Russi, Leka Lopes, and Ana Paula Onselen.

In the article, its also mention who the progression is going for Mayara´s mom, her progression is going slow, but getting better.

So looks like Mayara has been on set for Verdades Secretas 2 for some of today, she posted this photo on her insta story today.

She seems to be lounging in her locker room where we see her thick thighs and a hint of her glorious belly that is partially hidden by the text.

So regarding her role as Vitoria, Mayara did another interview a few days ago about the part, I can´t copy paste the google translated part, so long story short she says her character is a  very succesfull model who always has many jobs and earns very well and some of the skinny models get jealous and that causes some drama, Mayara also likes that her character is a non standard model with a belly on her and not just curvy as she mentions, the link to the article is here:

Yeah that would be great and thats the dream, I fear tho that with Mayara describing drama, that the skinny models will fat shame the Vitoria character,

Tho I could also see the Vitoria character rise above the hate and jealousy, that kinda empowerment seems very Mayara Russi like regarding what she wishes her character could stand for in such a show would be my guess.

So Mayara wrote on her insta story that the folowing Insta stories are from last week.

While we don´t get to see Mayara´s current size , its always a good look when she´s eating greasy and fattening food with her friends, and it shows she´s eating what ever she wants, even after joining a tv soap opera show with a lot of skinny co-stars.

So Mayara has posted pictures of her body for the first time since mid march I believe

These first 2 are screencaps from her insta story, its really hard to estimate if she has kept her big lucious weight, she knows her angles and the bathing suit has a slimming effect.

Now I need help in the estimation of these next 2 photos, especially the 1st one.

Is it Mayara working some weird ass angles thats making her look slimmer or did she photoshop?

In this first picture, notice her stance, with 1 leg streched over the bedside while other one is almost covered in the bed, but her midsection looks kinda funky and more narrow than we are used to while her arms still look fat and plushy.

The 2nd photo also looks kinda funky with her looking more narrow along her back than we normally see, but it must be the angle right?

Or maybe she lost 50-60 pounds cuz of Covid?

She has fooled me before tho with angles, and then some content came and revealed she was almost as big as ever?

What do you Mayara fans think of these new photos? other than Mayara ofcourse looking very cute, weird angles and all.

@DanishFan87, it's hard to say for sure, but my rule of thumb is that if a  model isn't bragging about losing weight, it didn't happen.

Good point, but with those kinda rules there are exceptions, like Loey Lane, I don´t think she has giver her modest weight loss any mention at all.

But if I was to bet, I do think Mayara is about as big as we saw in the early spring.

She still looks absolutely enormous. Even recovered from Covid. She's probably in a better place physically and has been eating well enough. Maybe she gained some weight back after losing some from Covid. Either was she seems show a little more stomach and looks big around that area.

This is exactly why I don't believe Loey has lost any weight to speak of. Also, she is the master of slimming angles.

Mayara has barely posted any body shots lately, she is prolly busy with the tv show.

But thankfully she always seems to have time to dig into some calorie heavy pizza´s

Looks like chocolate on a pizza and I don´t know what the white stuff is, chocolate on a pizza is a weird mix, but I´ve noticed they have done it before in Brazil, and hey if keeps the big brazilian models getting even bigger I´m all for it.

Pepperoni pizza under the cheese heavy pizza, ofcourse her kids are gonna get some, but I´m sure Mayara can handle all the leftovers.

Mayara was getting her nails done, but this time the small mirror gives us a little bit more realistic view of her current size

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who´s gonna be the biggest of them all?

Mayara looks pretty enormous here or at the very least pretty darn heavy and hot.

With that being said I recognize the angle is not ideal and lots of things are hard to see size wise, but her overall silhouette looks big nontheless.

She properly could, the big question is could she solo it after getting thru some of her delicious gifts, because it seems like her peeps (Friends, family, colleagues) know whats good, on Mayara´s insta stories she also recieved Wine, a few boxes of chocolate and some pastries. oh and flowers.

Its like they have a goal of getting her fatter too lol.

Also good to see Mayara keep the tradition of getting some pretty big and volumious cakes.

Okay so last night Mayara was a presenter for the SPFW51/ Sao Paulo Fashion Week, not to be confused with the Sao Paulo Plus Size Fashion Week.

This was the "old" show with from what I´ve seen mostly skinny models, so it is kinda interesting that they used a proberly 300+ pound Mayara Russi to introduce the skinny women, I would ofcourse have loved to see Mayara wearing a bikini as one of the models, but hopefully we will see that at the Sao Paulo Plus Size Fashion Week.

Also hopefully the plus size fashion week show has the same kinda production value as the SPFW with many locations and showcasing the models from many angles ect.

Now so far I´ve only seen these 2 pictures of Mayara looking hot and round in this dress as the presenter, SPFW has not posted the livestream itself yet, so far they have posted the livestreams from the 1st 2 days and the additional Brand videos like the 1 I´ve linked too here in this post, when they post a video with Mayara in it, I will post it here.

Still hard to guess if she is as large as before she had Covid, but she does look stunning and is doing great it seems, but no doubt she looks very fat thats for sure, I just need a little more photo and video evidence to see if she is a big as in February.

As mentioned Mayara is not in this video, its just to showcase the kind of video the brands use at the SPFW and what kinda size models they use.

Here is the livestream, its a 5 hour livestream and Mayara first appears at 2 hours, 57 minutes and 7 seconds.

At that first glance she is standing next to her co-presenter who is almost as tall as Mayara, but Mayara is like more than double the size of her.

Also the fit of the dress and the way they angle and are filming her, Mayara does look huge, with an absolute globe as a gut.

Also I forgot to say in my last post that the SPFW is digital as they say.

It really is amazing that Mayara has regained so much weight and gotten so big again, even with being part of a tv soap opera show, they must not care how big she gets it seems, I´m still unsure of her weight, except she looks very heavy, I would go as "low" as 140 kg and as high as 155 kg.

Anyway Mayara hosted another birthday party with some friends last night, and what goes along with a birthday party is a birthday cake, hopefully she got to stuff her face with that one too, looks calorie filled for sure.

Sorry I had to quote you again, but I have a so called unflattering angle, but IMO kinda hot angle.

Look at Mayara´s double chin here. but I do get what you are saying, in general Mayara´s face was more puffy at the start of Alem do Peso.

You are right about that, the Verdades Secretas 2 wardrope department might even get annoyed if they have to size up mid season if Mayara keeps getting bigger.

Also what a size difference between the 2 hosts, what progess that such an obese model gets to host the SPFW show.
