  1. It has been a long time since Shar's last post or video. That leads to all kinds of speculation. One option is that she has tired of downing gallons of weight gain shakes and has moved on to other adventures. Another option is that she has been spending so much time downing shakes that she hasn't had the chance to post. I realize that there are many other options, but I have fantasized on her doubling down on the downing of weight gain shakes. That led me to speculate on the ramifications of that effort since her last video in Spring. Attached is my visualization of those ramifications. I hope she is doing well and having fun.     I am really getting nervous! You have turned into a human cream filled donut; an overfilled one at that. But those long nails look sharp. With your skin so stretched tight from the onslaught of filling, it looks like you could be in danger of puncturing your belly. What would happen? Would the cream filling come oozing out? Or would you fly around the room for a minute? Any chance that you could accidentally step on a scale in the near future. Or maybe see if your tape measure can still make it all of the way around your butt and belly? In some of your older videos, you included walking from one place to another. It would be fun to see what it is like these days with you walking a distance or even climbing a flight of stairs. I can imagine it being quite the challenge.
  2. NGNG, I am working on a story that deals with the difference between feeders and feedees who are into humiliation versus those who are motivated by the visceral experience of filling appetites. You wrote a post a while back that was the spark for my thinking about this, but I cannot find it. Is it something that you have handy or something that you could comment on.  I am always surprised by feedees who ask to be shamed and humiliated for their overindulgences. The story that I am writing suggests that is only one way of looking at it and the other can be more supportive. I intend no judgment on this, but find the difference between the two interesting.

    So many of Shar's videos are terrific, but this one hits some new territory. The split screen image adds an entirely different dimension. She clearly has put on more weight since her last weigh in, although it is difficult to really assess where she may be at the moment. While Shar has toyed in past videos about losing her enthusiasm for exercise, I suspect that she actually maintains a fitness routine to maintain tone. When she dances, it is clear that she has a good underlying structure of muscles. She can move. That said, it is also clear that her layers of fat are gaining ground. She is both rounder and wider. She asks the question in this video about what we would think if we saw her on the street. I would definitely see her as a fat girl. A very beautiful, attractive fat girl. At one point in the video, the camera angle shows Shar's face while she is eating and her double chin is evolving to jowls that wiggle as she chews. She wonders about 300 pounds. She clearly likes to eat and her capacity has increased. As she mentions, her thinner self would never have been comfortable powering down the quantities that seem now to be standard fair. I suspect that, even if she wanted to, it would be tough for her to gain control over her appetites to not see 300 pounds as inevitable. Imagining her with maybe 40 additional pounds encouraged me to try out a morph. For me, her beauty simply expands with the additional pounds. It seems like it is time for a weigh in and some measuring. Shar should check before she tries that to make sure that the tape measure she has is long enough.
    So, today was the first that I noticed Cookie. I downloaded her weigh in and measuring video, since I have always been fixated on numbers. Watching that prompted me to download another. I downloaded her video eating Indian food, which was also enjoyable. I figured that was good enough for one day, but then as I was working on some things, the image of "How Much Pizza Can I Eat" just kept resonating, kind of like when you hear a song and then can't get it out of your head. Finally, after lunch I decided to download that one, and I am glad that I did. It is certainly as good as the other two and includes Cookie trying to find a way to get comfortable with her belly full of pizza. Watching her try to shift around with her huge belly clearly in the way was very entertaining. She did a great job on the pizza, but I still think she needs a coach. I mean, there wasn't that much left. A couple of laps around the room and a short belly massage could probably have freed up the space that she needed to not only polish off the pizza, but move on to the ice cream that she was looking forward to. The thing with ice cream is that it melts in your belly and fills in the nooks and crannies. There is always room for ice cream. Thanks, Cookie, for being so sweet.
    So I have just become aware of Cookie this morning and downloaded this video of her powering through a very generous serving of highly spicy Indian chicken. She does a great job and comes close to finishing it all, before she has to go lie down. I think she needs a coach. She comes so close to finishing. Just three little pieces of chicken left. She needs someone encouraging her to maybe take a minute, but then clean her plate. So close, but still heroic. She complains near the start so I suspect that it has not been that long since she ate last. Kind of along the lines of "you can't have your dessert until you finish your cake." While her recent weigh in video demonstrates that she is working hard to better endow her curvy figure, it is not as if she is throwing all caution to the wind. I suspect that is the reason for the Diet Coke. Again, a coach could help her with that. Also, an experienced coach could help her with balancing foods that work well in tandem. To handle that spicy chicken, she needed something cooling and creamy. I would suggest a few bites of French vanilla ice cream just to help offset the spicy food. One thing I would like to see in future videos is Cookie moving around a bit. The before and after comparisons of a meal like that are difficult to see when she is seated. But what a beautiful belly. She is also amusing with her apologies after deep guttural burps. She has no choice but to let the air out, if she is going to finish that much food. The burps emphasize her admission that she feels like she could pop. What a cute woman!
    Cookie is a very cute woman who seems to be dedicated to gaining weight. This video compares where she was in January to where she is now in August. Daunting! She also measures her dimensions and needs a new, longer measuring tape. She seems to just be starting out with this community, but at a point that is already impressive. It would be fun to have a video that explains her goals, lifestyle, interests, and objectives. At this point with a circumference that is bigger than her height, does she have a target that she is working towards.

  4. Your belly is daunting. Does it make it hard for you to go jogging?
  5. If you are averaging more than 50,000 calories a week, that is more than 7,142 calories a day. While you protest that you do nothing but sit around, which would mean calculating the number of calories that you need to maintain a pound at 8 to 10, I calculated where you will get to, if you are active enough to require 12 calories per pound per day. If you are wondering why you are getting so fat, that number of calories per day will eventually get you to 595 pounds. Figuring that you are maybe 230 by now, that means that, at 12 calories per pound, you need 2,760 calories to maintain. If you eat 7,142 calories per day, that is 4,382 extra per day - enough to gain 1.25 pounds per day. Once you hit around 290, you gain would slow to less than a pound a day. By the time that you hit 500 pounds, you will need 3 days to gain another pound. If this is a goal, I recommend that you start a serious conditioning program, since you are going to need some strong muscles to move yourself around. That is one reason that I am figuring 12 calories per pound for maintenance, which assumes that you a moderately active. It is amazing that you have been able to maintain that kind of an intake on a regular basis. How far are you planning to take this?
  6. Today I watched the Tarantino movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, with Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio. The Sharon Tate role is played by Margot Robbie, who looks a lot like Shar. Particularly her eyes and the shape of her face could see them as sisters. Later in the movie the similar appearance was reinforced. The scenes of Sharon Tate pregnant, with her round belly sticking out and hanging down was very similar.

    This is a fun video. Shar flirting with a guy on Tinder. He has obviously seen pictures of Shar maybe 100 pounds ago and is clearly taken by her. He is nervous though, admitting that he has been catfished before by fat girls. Shar keeps the flirt going and even acknowledges the risk that she could get a bit chubby during the lockdown, but the guy just laughs it of as Shar joking. He can tell from her pictures that Shar takes good care of herself and would never get fat. He offers to take her on a vacation with him to go scuba diving. He is clearly looking forward to seeing her in a bikini. Most of the time during this video Shar is planted on her couch. It seems that "couch potato" could be a self-identifying image for Shar. She does seem to get a bit horny chatting with Luke and starts to get a bit friendly with some of the pillows. This results in an ultimate shot of Shar from the back in her tight pants getting a bit of a rub from the pillows. Watching her hips and ass in motion is impressive. So much attention has been given to Shar's belly, it seems that we may just be noticing how wide she is getting. While they are not in the video, Shar has recently posted several photos that show her hips are much wider, even seeming to be proportional to that amazing belly. With the idea that Luke wants to see her in a bikini, Shar tries one on and gives a good look at herself in the mirror acknowledging that she would have to lose a lot of fat before she could take a photo in her bikini and send it to Luke. During the video, Shar calms her inner hungers with a huge baguette sandwich. If Shar keeps eating like that, it is doubtful that she will be sending Luke any new photos for a long while. The only question I have is the obvious: why waste time with someone who would not take one look at Shar and just be in heaven. She may be fat, but she is also beautiful, sexy, and someone who could be a lot of fun. Given the alternatives of eating what her hunger desires versus a rigid dieting regime, I suspect that Shar is a lot more fun to be with when her cravings are fed. One wish for future videos: while I can understand why Shar wants to spend more time sitting, since it must take a lot of effort to be on her feet with the extra weight she has generously added to her luscious body, I am craving a video of Shar moving around more. The ideal would be a video of her walking somewhere so we could really get a better sense of her girth and the way her body moves. As I said, the photos that she has posted suggest that she has really gotten a lot wider. She started noticing that about a year ago and it seems like she is now expanding more to the sides. A video of her on a good walk would show that. She is allowed out of lockdown, if it is essential and I would rank that video as essential. As long as she is safe.
  7. When Carmen left and was gone for so long, I assumed something was going on. Maybe she was going to have a baby. Maybe she got tired of this scene. Maybe her family and friends staged an intervention and convinced her that she was getting too fat. I had convinced myself that, if she ever came back, she would maybe still be chubby, but have lost some of the weight that she had piled on. Amazingly, It looks to me like she is actually fatter, but maybe less inflated looking. Her belly is a little different. As she says, it is not just a ball anymore. It has shifted a little so that it is hanging lower and it seems like it is fleshier. It is almost as if she is fatter, but less bloated; like she has more subcutaneous fat compared to her visceral fat. Technically, that is healthier. The biggest difference seems to be that she has new clothes that fit. I am guessing those shorts are 5X or maybe even 6X. Fat women buying clothes that fit after a gain is a good sign. I have made up a whole story in my head around the intervention idea, which fits with many of Carmen''s videos. It basically starts with her agreeing to diet and she really tries. After a month, she is down 10 pounds, but after another month, she has only lost another 2 pounds, even though she feels like she is starving. 12 pounds lost in two months is actually reasonable, but when you are more than 100 pounds overweight, it is daunting to think how long that will take. Carmen gets frustrated and has a weekend binge, during which she regains 6 pounds. Two months to lose 12 pounds and two days to regain half of it. From outward appearances, she puts on a good show that she is still dieting, but secretly she is snacking. After another couple of months, she has yo yo'd back to where she was, with the frustration that more than half the time she was hungry. She finally decides that, if she keeps this up she will only get fatter and figures that maybe if she stops dieting she will stabilize. Where does someone buy shorts that big? Thank you Carmen for being so amazing.
  8. Based on her new videos and photos, Carmen has certainly not lost any significant amount of weight, if she has lost anything. It is possible that she has actually gained, but it is hard to tell. She did mention that her belly has morphed from being a ball to "spilling," by which I think she she means hanging lower. None of her new videos give a full body view, so it is difficult to get a real sense of her girth, but the narrow views provided do show that she is sincerely fat. At first, I suspected that maybe she lost some of the bloat, since she looked more pliable, but I realize that could also happen with her gaining enough that her subcutaneous fat has overwhelmed her visceral fat. The last I remember, she was somewhere between 115 and 120 K, which is 253 to 264 pounds. That is pretty fat for a woman 5 foot 3 inches in height. Hopefully, she will soon be willing to step on a scale or stretch a tape measure around her belly. That should answer that question. Personally, I would love to see her dance again. It has been a long time since we last saw her dance.
    So, I watched this video right before I went to bed and when I weighed myself this morning, I gained five pounds. If you keep eating like this, I am afraid that I will explode. I gave this video five stars simply on the basis of the amount that you consumed. It is clear that you were probably feeling pretty full after the carrot cake, whipped cream, and weight gain shake. But you just kept eating. Six large pastries? Seriously? Your capacity is daunting. You don't say it, but it seems clear that this is a snack that you power down independent of your regular meals. My only wish was that you would stand up more and let us see you from a variety of angles as you move around, but I accept that maybe standing or moving became impractical the more bloated you became. That is the right word for how your belly looks in those few moments at around 7:35 when you stand up: bloated. But then you keep going for another 20 minutes. That is when I wish you had stood up, or at least made the effort to do so. You know from my previous reviews that I really want to see you take a walk. When I look back at older videos of you exercising in the park, or walking home after pigging out at dinner, or picking up lunch after going to the doctors and being told that you need to lose weight, it is watching those legs, ass, belly and hips in motion that is most dramatic. I guess that in this video I just have to accept that getting up and moving around was simply not practical, although I fully expect that an hour or so later when it was time for you next meal you were fully ready to go. Thanks for the heroics, but you are a terrible influence for those of us who should be watching our weight.
    Fantastic! Fabulous! Finally! Congratulations Shar! I know that I have told you before how much I have enjoyed your previous videos, but this one really is the best. I loved you trying to hop up on the counter to sit, finally getting there, but then deciding that maybe it's not such a good idea. As I have mentioned before, watching you move around is so wonderful. And your ability to just keep eating to fill that heroic belly is amazing. Watching you struggle into those shorts, even though they are intended to have give in the fabric, was amusing. Luckily, you are blubbery enough that you could push and squeeze you belly, hips, and ass in as you pulled the stretchy shorts over what is now the mass of your body. Personally, I think you should go with the new Shar fashion style that says, if you hips and ass are fat enough, there is no need to fasten your pants - they will stay up and the open waist band helps hold up and push out that ball of a belly. I know that so much attention is on your belly, which is clearly deserved, but those thighs and your ass! Really and truly, breath taking. You look terrific in everything that you are wearing, but that red outfit is over the top. It seems designed specifically to demonstrate how holding your body would be a mind blowing experience, feeling the dimension of your rolls, exploring the depths of your folds, and sinking fingers deep into your squishy flesh. That said, your body clearly has a remarkable character of being dense. The bounce as you move suggests a more inflated, blubbery quality than flabby. I know you previously commented that you were out of shape, but I disagree. Round is a shape and there is tone and strength under those beautiful layers of fat. And finally, the promised weigh in. You are so cute talking to the camera, which you know I really appreciate. I much prefer when it feels that you are talking to me than when it seems like I am just a voyeur, although the definition of voyeur does seem accurate: "a person who gains sexual pleasure from watching others when they are naked." Still, I prefer to be a voyeur whom you have invited to watch and you talking to the camera reinforces that feeling. It also emphasizes your cute personality. I love it when you giggle and smile. And your apprehension about whether your hard work has attained your goal is charming. You really were nervous. Well, you can relax now. Job well done. But please continue to video. There are more experiences for you to document. Part of me wants to say keep gaining, but that has to really be up to you. The reality is that you are perfect as you are and it is not as if you can totally relax if you want to stay where you are. Being that weight at 5'-6" requires dedicated eating. I figure that you need a daily intake of more than 3,500 calories just to maintain. While your binges satisfy that requirement, I know that it is really not easy to eat like that on a regular basis. It honestly is hard work and the experience of digesting that much food takes a toll. I would say that you must have an iron stomach, but the last description that I would apply to your body is anything that sounded hard. And if there is a view that should be in the top three of all time for demonstrating where you are at, it is that final shot, looking over your wide belly sticking out with prominence to see the numbers on the scale as you slap that blubber, which resonates with permanence and density.     This is a terrific video that demonstrates that Shar is crossing into new territory. Her belly has been progressively projecting further and further out in front of her hips, but in this video there is evidence that she is now beginning to also get wider side to side. It also looks that her belly is becoming more spherical, pushing out the crease that used to be between her upper and lower bellies. How does she consume so much without feeling like she could pop. After polishing off a generous container of pasta, she quickly downs a massive weight gain shake. She does have to burp a couple of times and catch her breath between gulps, but she seems no worse the wear at the end. She acknowledges that she is filling out everywhere, but that should not be a surprise as she continues her efforts to gain. I saw somewhere that Shar listed her fetish as gainer. Not feeder, but gainer. Her quest is to gain and she is certainly doing a good job of it. She recently acknowledged that there is a weigh in video on the horizon. Since some of us are fixated on numbers, I am hoping that she would also share her measurements. It is also about time for another of her videos that show her walking somewhere. My guess is that we will be impressed with how much her continuing expansion has affected her gait. I would also love to see her rolling hips in action. Thank you Shar for being wonderful.
    First, Shar, you have to understand that a star as big as you are not only needs to have handlers, but deserves to be pampered. It is completely unreasonable that you should have to worry about stocking your refrigerator, ordering in, or cleaning up afterwards. There are people for that. Your video reveals just how inappropriate it is for you to have to be taking care of things like that. Your kitchen should be well stocked in anticipation of what you may desire. And getting dressed and ready? Again, where is your dresser? You should not have to be bending over to put your shoes on. That is just inconsiderate. This video is rather remarkable. Again, you know my favorite, which are those views of you in profile, where it becomes clear that you may be deeper from front to rear than you are wide. My normal attention to the thick rolls around your belly was distracted by the way that your butt seems to have gotten bigger and pushing out further when you are sitting. This is probably what is putting so much tension the way your shorts fit through your crotch. And one other thing that was fun to notice: when you are chewing, your jowls are jiggling. Thanks again for your efforts.
    I just rewatched Shar eating her Christmas donuts. Please don't judge, but I wanted to do this with her so I bought four donuts to eat while Shar ate hers. I honestly don't know how she does this on a regular basis. It is heroic. I finished my four while Shar finished her five and she dipped hers into weight gain shake. I was so bloated I couldn't move. I had to wait a couple of hours just to feel comfortable enough to type this review. One thing I love about this video is Shar filming herself from the side. She is impressive from the front, which is her standard camera angle, but from the side she is amazing. She is really thick.
    It's been a while since I watched this video. I guess I was paying so much attention to Shar's belly and thighs that I didn't really notice how thick her back fat had gotten and how demonstrative it is as it squeezes out of her too tight swimsuit. I also think that part of what makes Shar so special is her muscular undercarriage. When she is standing in her shower, it is obvious that her muscles, although well padded, contribute wonderfully to her beautiful shape. I know that there are different opinions on the perfect figure, but for me it includes being in relatively good condition, regardless of total weight. It has been a while since Shar did a weigh in and she has commented on a perception that she could imagine herself gaining to 300. Even if it takes her a bit longer to get there with exercise in her schedule, I think the results could be amazing.
    Hayden, I am worried that you have made a significant mistake in your projections for the New Year. In your video, while you bounce and play with a distinctive belly that may really be challenging your remarkable hips as a defining feature, you talk about getting to 400 pounds. First, I am a bit worried, since you are so already big with your weight taking a significant step into the 300 pound category. But then I checked your math. As you explained it, you are making a commitment to hitting 5,000 calories every day to start and then working your way to 10,000 calories every day. You make the assumption that 2,000 calories is a pound, but it is actually 3,500, although you accurately assume that you could be gaining around two pounds a day. However, you seem to be thinking that if you hit those caloric goals, you would achieve 400 pounds by the end of the year. At 5,000 calories a day, which is not that hard to hit with some commitment to a healthy appetite, and your "maintenance" caloric need of around 12 calories per pound per day, assuming that you don't commit to an inactive lifestyle, you need 3,756 calories a day to not gain nor lose weight. If you eat 5,000 calories a day, which is just one Burger King Double Cheese Whopper or Shake Shack large shake a day extra, 1,244 calories would go towards weight gain. That would mean gaining a little more than 10 pounds a month. Working against you on this is that, as you gain, more of the 5,000 calories is going to maintenance. For example, to maintain at 399 pounds you need 4,788 calories a day at the same 12 calories per pound per day. That means that it will take you more than 16 days to get from 399 to 400. BUT, you would hit the 400 within the year. In fact, when you hit maintenance at 5,000 calories a day, you would weigh 416 pounds. However, 10,000 calories a day is a totally different situation. Where hitting 5,000 calories a day is really not that hard to do - I am surprised that more of us don't weigh 400 pounds given the availability of quick fattening food every where, 10,000 calories is a major effort. It is actually difficult on a regular basis. For example, assuming a typical Dunkin Donut at around 350 calories, you would need to eat almost 29 donuts in one day to get there. Double Cheese Whoppers are a bit more viable, although similarly daunting: you would need to eat 9 to 10 every day. My experience is that if I were to eat 5 Double Cheese Whoppers in one day, I would not have much of an appetite for another one the next day. Same for the donuts. To achieve a consumption of 10,000 calories day in and day out would require a carefully balanced diet, with a heavy dependency on weight gain shakes mixed with ice cream. Ice cream is actually a good target for calories. You would only need to eat a little bit more than a gallon of Haagan Daz Chocolate Chip ice cream a day to maintain the 10,000 calorie consumption. But again, while maybe I could manage a gallon in one day, I am not sure what my appetite would be the next day. Have you ever eaten a gallon of ice cream in one day? Have you ever actually hit 10,000 calories in one day with any combination of foods? Maybe at the Vegas buffet, but did you have an appetite the next day? And the impact of 10,000 calories a day would be daunting. Starting at 313 with the same 3,756 a day required for maintenance, the extra 6,244 calories would find their way to adding 1.78 pounds a day, at least in the beginning. That would be more than 50 pounds in the first month. At that point, your 365 pound body would require 4,380 a day for maintenance, leaving only 5,620 calories a day for growth. That would mean that by the end of the second month, you would have only gained an additional 37 pounds or so. But that would put you over your 400 pound target in two months. Now if you simply committed to the 10,000 calories a day for the year and didn't check your gain until the end of the year, you would find that you had far surpassed you original target of 400 pounds, topping out at around 833 pounds. Of course, that assumes the same 12 calories being burned each day. My guess is that by the time you hit the 400 pounds in two months, the lifestyle of bed and television would become the reality, reducing you caloric requirement to less than 10 calories per pound. That math is easier to figure: by the end of the year you would be tipping the scales at 1,000 pounds. In your prediction, you talk about limiting your exercise so that you have an easier time gaining. I think you should rethink that. It doesn't look like you have had that much trouble putting on weight. As this video shows, you have gotten generously thick. My recommendation is that you commit to an exercise program specifically so that you can maintain your mobility and health as you expand. I realize that it may be a matter of personal preference, but I would be much more attracted to you at 400 pounds, if you could still dance, than a 400 pound you that had trouble walking back and forth to the buffet, at least until you have had your fourth or fifth plate, after which I would gladly do the walking. And, to be very honest, I think your 313 pound body already looks like it could fulfill every fantasy that I could have. Although at 400 pounds, it would be interesting to see if you affected the tides. I think the 5,000 calories a day is a good target. Adding the 87 pounds over 12 months will give your body the chance to keep up with itself. Thanks for sharing.
    This just may be the best video that Shar has made yet. It is so fun and personal. She is smiling, and laughing and telling stories about embarrassing moments and experiences that she had while on holiday that made her more aware of just how big she is getting. She gives us a side view of her body, which is my favorite way to appreciate what she has accomplished. It is that combination of round belly offset against her round hips and ass that demonstrate how deep she is from front to back. She punctuates her stories with long drags on her can of whipped cream. Is there anything sexier to watch Shar eat than whipped cream? As she told the story about having to climb the stairs at the resort, I couldn't help but think that Shar is closing in on on a $5 belly: that is how much the bill has to be laying on the ground before it makes sense to suffer the challenge of bending down to pick it up. I just love her smiles, laughter, and how her personality comes through in this video. And talking about laughter, Santa's got nothing on Shar, when her belly shakes as she laughs. And, before I forget, the way that she makes eye contact in this video is powerful.
  9. Carmen and Shar are both beautiful women who for whatever reason decided that they felt more like themselves fatter. They are both wonderful and very generous sharing themselves with those of us who, for whatever reason, feel that fatter women are either beautiful also, or maybe more beautiful when compared to the more commonly accepted, but more limited, standards that beauty belongs to slimmer women. As much fun as I think it would be to take the two of them out to dinner together and see them compete with one another on who has the bigger appetite, I don't think that there is any benefit to think about one being at the top and the other successor. I have no idea why Carmen decided to stop posting, but it is clearly her right to do so and not ours to question. Hopefully, it is for a reason that is bringing her happiness. Shar has been here since the beginning and has always been remarkable in both her appetite and beauty. I think we are all so lucky that there are beautiful women who are willing to share there beauty with us. For anyone who has not already done so, I recommend downloading Shar's latest video in which she eats donuts dipped into her weight gain shake. I find her commitment to the combination of getting fatter and succumbing to her appetites amazing. As she says, it is going to be a fat Christmas. I just wish she would step on the scales soon. It would be fun to know if she has achieved her goal of gaining to 250 pounds, at which point she will have doubled her weight when she was living with a physical trainer perhaps to obsessed with women needing to be thin to be beautiful.
