One of the popular girls I graduated with has easily put on a solid 40 pounds since HS, and it's been gradual. And the best part is - she acknowledged it recently on her IG. I think there was a point during her gain where she was probably at her ideal amount, and it's clear there were times where she tried to lose some and get back on track.
