This kind of weight gain after marriage is very common. I fantasize about how this skinny woman married a Feeder so she went "off the diet" and deliberately gained weight to please her Hubby. I can't remember the name but it was definitely a foreign film and the character, I think, was a professional dancer who had to give up competing, hence the weight gain and later became a dance instructor. Got to it by putting the original pic through tineye, which also seems to be the only reverse image search to come up with something. Essentially, Kathleen Turner's character at the end of the movie has her brain swapped with a brain from a jar that the main character falls in love with. After the main character wakes from a coma we see that she's gained a considerable amount of weight as the woman who now is in her body was a compulsive eater in her past life.
