When your weight is evenly distributed its easier to carry and I am very much in proportion. To answer some of your questions I don't feel like I get more attention than usual to be honest. I haven't hit the 200 mark yet but I'm very very close! I tried walking up 5flights of stairs the other day and almost passed out!
