Fitness fail!
This is it, guys. The last bits of my once athletic figure have left me. I can't even do a 20 minute workout all the way through!
It's such a struggle to try and keep up with the girls in the video I put on- bouncing and bending and flexing.
Their toned figures and perfect balance only make me go more red-faced with embarrassment and exhaustion..
Fortunately, my feeder is there for encouragement- or rather, to snap the video into slow motion and catch all of my wobbling and jiggling,
as I try my best to do a simple workout. I don't know why I thought I could still do a ballerina-style fitness routine!
Towards the end, I thought I could go easy on myself: I popped off my super-tight leggings and got down to do some floor exercises.
But I'm just as helpless down on the ground. I can hardly do a crunch or leg lift. Not long after, I tap out.

In this video, I attempt to strut toward and away from the camera, trying to show off how good my ass can look when I wear heels. But it all falls apart, because I'm all stumbly and wobbly now. Is it strange that I find my lack of coordination kind of sexy? I used to be able to spend an entire evening in these heels- but now I'm practically useless. I knew wearing high heels would be hard, but I didn't realize my fitness and balance were this far gone. I stumble several times trying to strut my stuff. I'm at least 70 pounds heavier since I last wore these in public and it shows.
After a while, I give up on trying to walk confidently in heels. Better to stay in one spot and see if I can still dance like I used to. I tried to recreate that in this video, and I think I did almost admirably.
I was genuinely sore the next day, which is uncommon for me, unless I'm sore from overindulging.
Punches, high kicks, and jumping jacks combine with body oil and slow motion to create something truly special.
My physical fitness isn't nearly what it used to be, and you can definitely tell I'm getting hot and winded before the end. ๐ฅต
