She had dropped a ton of weight in 2019 before he first pregnancy so I'm not surprised she's reverted back. I think we got a prolonged period of her not being all that bothered with her weight due to the pandemic and her pregnancies being fairly close together. I figured the weight loss was the result of her and her husband trying to conceive. A lot of curvier women are told to lose weight to help their chances. It would line up with the fact that they were married so long without children and then she dropped a lot of weight right before starting a family. But the fact that she is downsizing now again would suggest otherwise especially since her and her husband are done adding to their family, him getting snipped and all.
