I can’t believe how out of shape and sweaty I’ve gotten. I tried to follow along with the warm up of a fitness video. I CANT EVEN DO THE WARMUP. I’ve obviously treated myself to chugging my shake and you know I had to make sure I had dessert for afterwards.
