Gooooood morning everyone! I know Mondays suck but it’s hard to be down with the weather so amazing here.

I was eating about 3500-4500 calories per day. I was drinking two liters of whole milk per day. From January to June/July I gained about 45lbs. 

Every pound was intentional and I love it soooo much!

The idea of just eating every day and fat grows-it never ceases to amaze me.   ❤️

And also the body stores fat. It makes it,  but it never stops.

It doesn't shut off when there is enough.

As long as we eat too much, it keeps growing and growing and those little fat stores become the breath taking large, heavy, soft, jiggling, and hanging fat we all enjoy!
