Get a new trainer (your partner) and we will see some progress and i think you like his exercise plan for you because includes a lot of food

He remarked that I seemed to know a lot about diet and nutrition and working out. So, I told him that I used to be really fit, and then I had my feeder pull out his phone and show the trainer a picture of me at the gym, back when I was at my fittest.
Dude could barely believe his eyes.

@Dog5353 idk, this is a lot of weight to carry around! Even if it's not the heaviest I've ever been, I can feel all of this useless fat bearing down on my body! The physical trainer measured my total percentage of body fat, and... it was a shock. I'm fattier than all of the pork belly I've been eating lately.
