It WOULD be a big shift in a way, like starting a new career or moving to a different country. But it's a change you've been preparing for for years. You can do it!
Continuing to kind of ride the line and only go halfway in is kind of wasting your life. You'll never realize your full potential this way. You'll be fat and lazy but guilty about it and always looking backwards. When you start purposefully gaining again you can fully look ahead and become something new, throw open all the doors to new possibilities and shut the door on fitness forever. 😘
