I am someone who wears several hats IRL, mainly as I get bored if I do just one thing for too long. One of my hats is that of a councillor and if your emotional well being is far from being a constant (and TBH most people are up and down and everywhere in between ) enjoy the confidence uploading a video gives you, for as long as you can. Then try not judge yourself too harshly when the self consious impluse to take the video down again, kicks in. Take all advice from internet randoms (including me) with a very large pinch of salt. Try to find someone where you are, someone who you can trust. Might be a trained professional, might be a priest, a family member or it might be a friend. Just someone you can go to, or can come to you, to talk and listen when you are struggling and need someone to be there for you.
