Into my second trimester I've tried to stay as limber and mobile as I can, being a big bootied gal isn't an excuse for poor flexibility and strength. PHEW this was a rough one!!! Within 20 seconds of this workout I'm already struggling to breathe 🥵 I reeeeally challenged myself today with a HIIT workout circuit of burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, flutter kicks, and jump squats. In the 1st circuit I show the front angle, in the 2nd circuit I show off the booty with the back view, and in the 3rd circuit I was getting SO hot I just had to let the belly free and show you how it jiggles and flops around while I workout 😍 I have no clue how I made it through this workout but if you want to see me push myself harder than I have in YEARS, this one is for you! Lots of panting, heavy breathing, sweating, face turning red, and pausing to catch my breath. I give myself a 20 second rest between exercises and a minute rest between circuits!$7.99

Alright, I even JUMP ROPED for you guys. I don’t think I have done that since I was at least 6 🤣😂. This video brings a whole new meaning to weight training lol. See how much my weight affects me doing simple exercises. You have seen me attempt cardio but weight lifting and using your muscles might even be more exhausting. My roommate keeps putting different challenges on me and I won’t ever turn down a challenge. This may have been harder than what I have attempted in the past. In this video watch me attempt some excerises I have never even attempted before. Hardly able to breathe and talk but I have to put my body to the test. I've done a couple of sumo wrestling clips in the past, but now that I'm at my heaviest ever I've been asked to revisit the concept! I'm a little concerned, though -- this is the most out of shape I've ever been! I've been tasked to do some sumo squats and sumo side kicks, which seems easy enough. But once I get started I realize just how hard it is to move my heavy body now. I can't kick as high as I expected and the squats are so hard! My back even starts to hurt halfway through, it's like my body is loudly protesting all of the exercise I'm putting it through! But even so, I push through the pain and give it my best shot -- even if it is pretty pathetic. You get to see a ton of different angles as I kick and squat, and you can hear me getting super out of breath the whole time. Finally, I just can't take it anymore. I give up and sit on the ground in defeat. I've gotten so fat and unfit, and this definitely was an eye opener to just how far I've fallen. I used to be a jock, and now a couple of squats has turned me into a wheezing sweaty mess. Oh well, I think I'll just keep avoiding exercise since it makes me so tired! @Nadya and I decide to hire a coach for weight training. We used to be SO fit and skinny, so we try to get back into it in the hopes that weight training won’t be so hard on our fat bodies. We chose two machines with the lightest weights we can and struggle horribly! We barely even get started before we start heavy breathing and decide maybe we just need to switch machines with each other and then we’ll get into the swing of working out. But, much to our surprise, switching the machines in fact does not help us. Appalled that we aren’t able to do much, we decide to lift weights and try out the elliptical. I bet you can guess that that also did not go well for our fat bodies…we try so hard to do everything our coach told us, but we’re huffing and puffing and while barely moving, breaking a sweat! Nadya even tries to do some squats but it just doesn’t help. We finally “finish”, pushing our bellies together and discussing how disappointed our coach will be. But, oh well. We worked up an appetite, so we choose to finish the workout early and hit the ice cream bar instead! Oops!
