So this week Iv been trying to eat around 4000 calories as day, which at first I thought would be very difficult and it was some what intimidating. Day one I indulged in McDonald’s, kfc hitting 3750, day 2 was a lot of pastries which where delicious by the way and put me at 4554. I soon realised that 4000 was not a hard goal and day 3 (today) I made cottage pie, chocolate brownies, putting me at 4677 and I’m still not as stuffed as I wanna be! I’ll be treating myself to iced coffee and donuts, maybe I also need to up my daily intake? My goal for the end of May is to hit 250lbs (current 240) I’m pretty confident for my first real gain month I will be able to hit this and potentially more! I wanna keep you all updated with pics and vids of my progress so you can join me on the journey to becoming even bigger and softer than ever! I’d also love to hear your thoughts on meals and content I can make so don’t be shy to drop me a private message or put a comment on here ❤️

Wow it takes so much to fill up that belly! 🥵 but with your dedication I think you'll blow past your goal for end of May.

Here’s some update pics taken about 30 mins ago, I’m aiming for 5k calories today; so far it’s been a slow morning, coffee, biscuits, garlic bread so lunch and dinner will defo be fun getting to stuff myself until I feel like exploding, I can’t believe how much my appetite has increased and how easy 5k is seeming to be! Maybe next week I aim for 7k?  The gains are gonna be incredible
