I didn't see this before, I'm a bit confused though, what's a BHM?? .. and as a female I love the body fat I've put on..I joined this site to document my weight gain journey, transferring my body from solid muscle to eating weight gain shakes & fast food so that I could put on fat and create a more feminine figure. I did it wrong the first time cause I was being rushed and ran into health issues & was told by my Doctor that I had blood pressure issues and he was worried about my heart. Now that I'm doing things differently I couldn't be happier. I've ALWAYS been into being healthy..just because I'm gaining weight doesn't mean I've stopped caring about my health all together.
