Story created in cooperation with the user "Typical" Part 1 Isabella: And so here I am standing in front of the door to hell, a place I had never dared to visit before, a place I had only passed by without paying any attention to it. There was a sign on the large glass door saying "City Gym" (first training free, come in and try it). But starting from the beginning, how did I end up in a place whose existence had been indifferent to me in previous years? Well, this morning, after 10 minutes of struggling with my favorite jeans which I finally couldn't button, I finally admitted to myself that I had gained weight. In a burst of emotions, I found my long-unused black sports outfit in the closet and that's how I came here for the first time in my life, crossing the doorstep of the gym. At the reception I met a nice blonde woman who immediately asked "Hello my name is Hannah, how can I help you?" I explained that this was my first visit and asked if I could do a trial training. "Of course you can" she replied, handing me the key to the locker room. "You can leave your belongings in the lockers on the right, the fitness zone is on the ground floor and on the first floor you can find strength training machines. Take your time, you have as much as you want I took the key from her, left my things in one of the lockers and changed into my sports clothes. I felt my ass pressing hard against the stretched fabric of my leggings. Even though they weren't high waisted, I pulled them up as high as I could to cover the formed love handles. I felt like they were emphasizing all my extra pounds, and I also regretted that I had chosen a classic top that showed some skin instead of a loose T-shirt. But I didn't want to back out at this point. Now that I've broken through and come here, I won't run away. I entered the cardio area, luckily for me there weren't too many people. The room was almost empty at this hour, I only saw a few girls busy with their own training. It was my first time at the gym, so I didn't know where to start, I was too shy to ask the personal trainer for help, so I stood there for a while, staring at the room. Summer: I have always been a confident, hot blonde with a hot body, I was popular and I had a lot of followers on social media. My posts usually get a lot of likes. I am one of those people who publish stories about every single thing they do, even the simplest one. This is one of my ways to keep my followers attention by bombarding them with tons of updates. The second is to post spicy photos from time to time I like to exert influence, so I often present my worldview and encourage others to act. I decided that I would motivate other girls watching me to be more active by posting a series of photos from the gym highlighting my hot body. (Pssst this is Summer from the future) before we go any further I have to tell you the truth that I didn't want to accept at that time. My arrogance and ego blinded me to the fact that over the past months full partying and letting go, I had gained 30 pounds and my once petite, perfect figure had changed dramatically. I now had a beer belly and my once extremely slim thighs had become larger, almost completely covering the gap between them. My hips also got bigger, causing me to outgrow many pants, and my once fit, muscular butt was now covered with a thick layer of wobbly fat. When I wore my tight pants I had love handles spilling over the waistband. When I looked in the mirror, I paid attention to my makeup and perfect hair, which always had to look perfect in every photo, completely ignoring the rest. Of course, I received comments on social media that I had gained weight and should lose them, but my arrogance told me that it was just hate caused by the envy of other girls who couldn't have a body as hot as mine. But back to the present... While still at home, I tried to put on my old high-waisted leggings, which I thought would look perfect in the photos. Once I put them on, I felt them digging into my butt and my belly took on a muffin shape again. However, thanks to my blinding arrogance, I assumed that they had simply shrunk after the last wash and that after a few minutes of wearing them, everything would return to normal. Before leaving, I checked my makeup and hairstyle in the mirror, it was perfect, I thought, and headed to the gym. On the way, I stopped at a local bakery and bought a few large donuts for breakfast. It wasn't a problem for me, my extremely fast metabolism always handled it perfectly and I could eat whatever I wanted (or so I thought). By the time I got to the parking lot, the bag of donuts was practically empty. I finished the last one on the way between the parking lot and the gym. It was my first time here, so I lost some time wandering around the building. I had never had the need to train before and I didn't know the layout of the rooms yet. After leaving my things in the locker room, I immediately went to the fitness area to show everyone who was the best and had the hottest body. Isabella: I was standing right next to the entrance door to the fitness area and looking around for a place to start my training. The room was large and well-equipped, there was a whole row of treadmills, stationary bikes and even machines that simulated climbing stairs. As it was my first time at the gym, I didn't know what exercise would be best for me. So I chose the simplest machine, a treadmill. Mainly because no one was exercising there and I could be alone. I set the speed to slow walking to do a short warm-up. It wasn't bad, I thought, walking was no problem for me, so after a few minutes I increased the speed to a slow run. As soon as I matched my pace to the speed of the treadmill, my stomach and butt started bouncing and shaking so much that I was back to a slow walking pace in less than 30 seconds. My face turned red, partly from embarrassment and partly because the short run had taken most of my breath away. I turned my head to see if anyone was watching me and perhaps saw my little mishap, but everyone was busy with their training. I only noticed that another person entered the room. Summer: I enter and immediately notice you, I see you struggling on the treadmill to take the next steps, noticing that you are also out of breath. I also see how your stomach has pushed down the waistband of your leggings, revealing your love handles bouncing with each step. My eyes go to your ass, which is wobbly from too much pudding. I think to myself “oh she looks cute. She has gained weight and seems to have lost her shape." I sense a favorable situation for me - I will have someone to talk to, and thanks to your swollen figure, I will look even better and slimmer by exercising next to you. I already have in my mind a photo of us together posted on social media with the caption "helping my friend lose a few pounds." Yes, this will be perfect, I thought... I walk up and introduce myself: "Hi, I'm Summer!! Do you mind if I join you?” I say as I hop on the treadmill right next to you. “Oh, of course not, come on,” you say, a little nervous, obviously you need time to get used to a new person. It takes me a minute to figure out the treadmill because I've never used it before. However, it turns out to be quite intuitive and after a while I start walking slowly. As I take the next steps, I feel something unfamiliar, my stomach seems to jump slightly. Once again, my arrogance blinds me and I explain to myself that it's only because I'm wearing a crop top and tight leggings. I haven't exercised in a long time and I need to get used to it. Isabella: I watch you start your training, with the corner of my eye I try to get a better look at your figure without being noticed. I immediately see the extra weight you are carrying. I watch as your crop top reveals the amount of pudding stored in your midsection, and I notice that despite our slow pace, your stomach vibrates. I instinctively look at my belly and think to myself, phew, luckily mine is smaller, but it's little consolation for me because I still need a lot of training to make it flat and hard like in the past. Then I look at your leggings and the weight you're carrying in the lower part. Unfortunately, even though your butt is big, here I am the one who has accumulated more fat in this part of the body. In common fashion, big butts are considered sexy, but I don't feel like I should be proud of it. I'd rather be able to wear my old jeans than have a swollen ass... We continue our first exercise in years at a slow pace. I'm too shy to initiate making new friends, so you take the initiative and lead the conversation. When you look at me, I instinctively try to pull in my stomach a little to look slimmer. Unfortunately, simultaneously sucking in and controlling my breath during training is too much for me and after some time I can no longer hold it. I see you looking at my swollen belly which is now sticking out even more and my face is turning red again. After 15 minutes of walking, I check the number of calories burned on the treadmills screen. The number displayed is ridiculously low. I'm trying to calculate how much I would have to train at this pace to achieve a negative calorie balance, but the number of hours I get lowers my morale quite a bit. I look at you and I see that you are not doing any better than me… Summer: I also check my calorie counter, but the number it reads doesn't tell me much.
