  1. I think summer clothes and beach bodies have been on her mind. When she came back from the gym, she took her shirt off before getting in the shower and was assessing herself in the mirror. She called over to me complaining that quarantine made her fat and that she couldn’t see her abs anymore, even while flexing. I said I’m sure that’s not the case, show me. When she came over, she tried hard to flex—absolutely no outward difference.
  2. Report back on how those couples exercises go. You may need to do some stretching too—touching her toes (or trying to...) might give her a surprise with all of that belly flab in the way.
  3. Absolutely no signs of fitness left between the belly and her arms. Would love to see her try the lower belly exercises in a sports bra and shorts, can only imagine the jiggling. Similarly, my girlfriend recently realized it doesn’t make a difference when she flexes her abs—looks like your wife is in the same delicious boat, you should have her give it the old college try.
  4. Post-gym today. I love the new shape of her belly button; even if she’s sucking in, the softness around her navel gives her away. She commented again on how when she flexes her abs, there’s no difference. She showed me and she’s right—too much fat on top. How do you think she looks?

  9. Yes and no. She knows I think she’s got a cute belly. Her gym clothes really accentuate her new couple extra pounds, she’s not sucking in here.
  10. So I cross posted to women of curvage about my gf’s quarantine gain, but wanted to expand upon what I like about it here. She was always pretty thin but muscular, while still having a soft belly and a huge rack. Since Covid and quarantine she lost about 10 lbs, gained maybe 15 back, and then lost another ~8-9. She’s got that classic skinny fat donut around her belly button of soft, soft fat—she has abs underneath but if she’s doing anything besides stretching or sucking in and arching her back, you can see she has some extra there (including through a tight fitting t shirt or dress). Related, the newly popular high waisted jeans really feature her soft belly—when she sits down, she’s got the cutest/softest little muffin top. Jeans plus a crop top equate to constant soft rolls. When she’s posing for a pic that’s likely to be on social (especially if it’s a bikini pic), she can suck in and angle to look just as good as the other girls...for the first couple inches below her rib cage. Under that, you can still see that delicious donut of soft fat surrounding her belly button.
  11. My girlfriend tried her best to keep working out and eating well during quarantine but you can see the results below. She likes teasing comments if you have any.
  12. Hopefully there were some planks she was shaking during or straight leg lifts that her weak abs couldn’t handle
