I started my weight gain journey with 55 kg. I am 5' 2" / 157 cm

I did a weigh in and measurement video last week and reached 77 kg! (22 kg of weight gain!)

Now I am here on this site I can eat so much more food, thanks to everyone who is downloading my videos 💖!

In my third video I already discovered that I am getting fatter all over my body 😃

My body is getting softer and softer with each day! And I love how it feels when I make my fat jiggle 🥰

 

So now I feel confident to oficially set my weight gain goal for this year:

I WANT TO WEIGH 100 KG BEFORE 2023!

I want to start the topic by asking you:

WHAT I SHOULD EAT (monday till sunday) to gain 23 kg to reach my weight goal before 2023?

 

Please be very specific, I am looking for a complete diet.

Something like

Breakfast: ...

Lunch: ...

Diner: ...

Snacks in between: ...

Special Extra's in between (shakes?): ...

Or maybe I shouldn't have specific times to eat?

Is it better to just eat all the day, whenever I want?

Maybe you have a better idea?


Please comment also why you think your diet is the best solution for me to gain to most weight before 2023.

Something like

Breakfast: fried plantain, rice and your choice of protein 

Lunch: something greasy.

Diner: rice, pizza and meat

Snacks in between: chips

Special Extra's in between (shakes?): yes, muscle gaining shakes often have a lot of calories, mix with heavy cream if you want. Or just take ice cream shake

Or maybe I shouldn't have specific times to eat?

Is it better to just eat all the day, whenever I want? Probably!

I am sure you will be a pear, but if your upper body catches up- I can see hourglass in your future!

Here in Peru there is no body postivity like in other parts in the world is getting more accepted (curves and fatties)

Because I was really really slim and received allot of compliments about that before, now you can see especially my family is not liking/acepting me getting/being more fat.

But to be honest I don't spend so much time with them, I live my own life and learned that nobody know how you will the most happy, only you know.

My friends also say me but they accept it more :)

And I have never been so happy as now, i meet so nice people also and I can enjoy so much delicious food!

It's amazing!

As long as you feel good, it is good!

I was not sure if it will be good to share it here publicly, I hoped to feel better already, but because I keep feeling sick... I don't feel the energy to be on Curvage so much or to respond all the messages directly.

 

I decided to share this so everyone can understand better the situation:

Since last Saturday I am quite sick, I have high flu, feel tired, I have allot of pain on my head and THE WORST OF ALL... I HAVE LACK OF APPETITE!

 

I hope everyone can understand that it will take a little longer to respond and that I have to feel better to record a new video.

 

I really hope to feel better soon, I feel very frustated now, because I was planning to record a weigh in and measurment video very soon. But I think I didn't loose any weight, just that I could't eat so much these days like I did before because of feeling sick.

 

Hope to feel better in some days and will make a new status update about it... when I could continue my daily stuffing for my weight gain journey. I want to remind you that I still have my weight goal at 100 kg for this year!!

 

I want to especially thank everyone who download my videos and who send me messages to be my online feeder!

I think my style of walking or self confidence did not grow more or get less, so the extra attention must be due the fact I got fatter and rounder, haha 😋

 

I am thinking to record my third weigh-in video this weekend, I am so excited to know my new weight 😍

What kind of clothes I should put on for the video?
