I did a weigh in and measurement video last week and reached 77 kg! (22 kg of weight gain!)

Now I am here on this site I can eat so much more food, thanks to everyone who is downloading my videos 💖!

In my third video I already discovered that I am getting fatter all over my body 😃

My body is getting softer and softer with each day! And I love how it feels when I make my fat jiggle 🥰

 

So now I feel confident to oficially set my weight gain goal for this year:

I WANT TO WEIGH 100 KG BEFORE 2023!

 

I NEED YOUR HELP TO REACH MY GOAL!

WHAT I SHOULD EAT (monday till sunday) to gain 23 kg to reach my weight goal before 2023?

 

Please be very specific, I am looking for a complete diet.

Something like

Breakfast: ...

Lunch: ...

Diner: ...

Snacks in between: ...

Special Extra's in between (shakes?): ...

Or maybe I shouldn't have specific times to eat?

Is it better to just eat all the day, whenever I want?

Maybe you have a better idea?


Please comment also why you think your diet is the best solution for me to gain to most weight before 2023.

Something like

Breakfast: fried plantain, rice and your choice of protein 

Lunch: something greasy.

Diner: rice, pizza and meat

Snacks in between: chips

Special Extra's in between (shakes?): yes, muscle gaining shakes often have a lot of calories, mix with heavy cream if you want. Or just take ice cream shake

Or maybe I shouldn't have specific times to eat?

Is it better to just eat all the day, whenever I want? Probably!

I prefer you grow bigger all over the place! Double-chin, face, belly, ass, tits. And i can't wait to see your stretchmarks on you 😍

Gorgeous before you gained the weight and even better now 😍 would love to see you try and squeeze back into this outfit!

I hope most of the new weight goes to your belly, hips and ass. But I'm happy wherever it ends up.

As for the diet:

Breakfast: pancakes with ice-cream or syrup

Lunch: fried chicken, potatoes

Dinner: meat dish with chips

Snacks in between: chocolate/chips/icecream

Special Extra's in between (shakes?): weight gain shakes can really help to add some extra calories. Otherwise always have stock of your favourite fattening treat!

I'd say eat as much as you can as often as you can! The more you eat can only be a good thing 😁

Sauces, dressings, and liquids are great sources of easy-to-digest calories. I suggest adding as much of the first two as you can to every meal, and a lot of fattening liquids in between. They are the hidden foes of dieters, but friendly helpers to gainers!😁
