To add to the suggestion someone mentioned earlier about getting an app to track your calories, the app would also show you how “active” you are and how it affects you to reach your body goals. Some of the fitness ones can be reversed essentially into a “myfatnesspal”

Good question!! I’m not sure lol. Okay I definitely will track my calories

Your body is converting consumed calories into new fat. I would suspect that you will be able to eat more and for longer within the next few days as she settles down a little... You could be putting on a couple of inches a week at the moment until things settle down...😍
