I'm pretty sure here in Central Europe you could get it done just as well for less then 1000 bucks in private health care. And you could buy some Pierogi while you're at it. Dental Care and Health Care are often pretty separate sadly. Dental fees usually covered by insurance or work perks if lucky otherwise you get hit hard depending on what needs to be done. She does live in the Toronto area. Although we have free health care up here, dental is not included in this and can be very expensive depending on what she needs to get done. Maybe my foot in my mouth but... phggghhhh gfrrfffph ahhhemnhph. Without real dental knowledge (despite knowing a dentist) looks like it could be an abscess tooth, which a hospital can take care of.
