UGH stairs absolutely SUCK! I really hate them these days and it's not hard to see why. My laziness and greed have resulted in me becoming so weak and flabby that even a short flight of stairs is just too much! It doesn't take long before I'm exhausted, panting, and covered in sweat. It's so embarrassing to see just how pathetic my fitness level is. I hate climbing stairs! In this clip I do a set of 10 weighted squats at the gym, showing off my midriff and massive hanging belly for everyone to see while I work up a sweat and breathe very heavily. I ended up squatting 205lbs today, which felt amazing! But as soon as I was done I knew I wanted a sweet treat as a reward, and to make sure I wouldn’t lose any of my gorgeous fat! While I savor every bite of a giant iced honey bun, I talk about how I am trying to gain more muscle underneath so that I can be even more massive, while I’m showing off my fat body and strong legs. I stand up and do lots of bouncing and jiggling, showing off the gains on my thighs, ass, and belly!! I get so turned on seeing myself get thicker and curvier every time I go to the gym then reward myself with lots of treats!$4.44

PHEW this was a rough one!!! Within 20 seconds of this workout I'm already struggling to breathe 🥵 I reeeeally challenged myself today with a HIIT workout circuit of burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, flutter kicks, and jump squats. In the 1st circuit I show the front angle, in the 2nd circuit I show off the booty with the back view, and in the 3rd circuit I was getting SO hot I just had to let the belly free and show you how it jiggles and flops around while I workout 😍 I have no clue how I made it through this workout but if you want to see me push myself harder than I have in YEARS, this one is for you! Lots of panting, heavy breathing, sweating, face turning red, and pausing to catch my breath. I give myself a 20 second rest between exercises and a minute rest between circuits!$7.99

I went to the gym and got sweaty and out of breath, I worked on building some muscle so I can get even bigger. My feeder and I went and immediately got some slutty gas station food as a post workout snack! I may have ate the egg roll on the way home because I was ravenously hungry after all that hard work. Oopsie! I couldn’t wait another second, y’all understand. When I got home my feeder was so excited to help me bulk up, he started feeding me immediately. I ate a corn dog in three bites! Then we immediately started in on the giant pretzel, which was extra salty, he even rubbed salt on me and licked it off! I also chug a body armor while I eat, making sure to wash every bite down. My feeder is so sweet and encouraging of my gains, he even tells me he loves me and gives me kisses and lots of belly rubs and jiggles and makes me blush. My favorite! I get a little burpy after being shook up so much. I love this kind of support and encouragement from my personal trainer turned feeder!!!$8.88

Longest video yet! I wanted to REALLY push myself today and see how much I can actually run now. This is different than my other treadmill videos because it has no video cuts and no breaks (other than walking). It's the first time in years I've pushed myself as hard as I can! I used to be able to run a 5k no problem with an average of a 9 minute mile. Now it took me 18 minutes to go one mile and I had to keep taking walking breaks!! I've really gotten out of shape and you can tell by how much I'm panting and breathing heavy just trying to catch my breath. In this video, I was told that I should try working out some before I eat so that I feel like I’ve “earned” the right to stuff my blubber gut with delicious chic fila spicy chicken sandwich 🐔with Mac n cheese on top🫕 & wash it down with a soda 🥤 🤤 So I was instructed to do mild stretching, 10 jumping jacks & 10 sit ups! I haven’t worked out AT all in 1 year! Last summer I was doing 50 sit ups a day, jogging 🏃♀️, hiking up steep hills 🥾 & going up n down 30stairs each day 😩 I still can’t believe I used to go so hard cause as you see in this video I struggle to do the most simple amount of workouts possible 🤦♀️😆 However I wanted that food reward at the end so bad so I had to do it! 😨 You said it was only 100 calories! 😨 REAL workout fail | tight workout clothes | shake chug | weight loss sabotage You knew all along you wanted to trick me… You told me to workout, so I struggled into these tight workout clothes but I’m already busting out of them! The workout didn’t go to plan - I don’t even know any workout moves, and the immediate shortness of breath from moving around my fat body doesn’t help. Squats, jumping jacks, lunges, my legs can barely even get past my hanging gut to do high knees 😳 Then lunchtime comes around, and you say it’s time for my only 100 cal ‘weight loss’ shake. But it’s huge and tastes more like the familiar decadence of melted ice cream, heavy cream and protein powder… I have to chug it in the shower, I’m so clumsy that it gets messy and intense fast! Throughout the entire video you hear my body jiggling against its self, the struggle of my shortness of breath and my general talking to you (From a POV perspective) - yet nothing compares to the moans of pleasure and struggle as I inhale the shake I ultimately know isn’t for weight loss.
