I hate to spoil the fun, but that 21 photo looks stretched. Look at her nose, eyes, and forehead. They're much further apart left to right than the 20 photo. They probably ran a crawler or something at the bottom and instead of shrinking the video or cutting off the bottom, they did what a lot do, just squish the height down to fit the broadcast. Still a lot of gain, but more in line with the 21-22 and 22-23 photos.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Nora Greenwald, aka Molly Holly.
