Recently I’ve noticed I’m able to eat a bit more at a time than I’ve been able to the past few years. Maybe I am extra hungry lately?? Not sure. I decided to push myself a little during this video and stop with the small bites I’m used to. (That’s one of the rules after weight loss surgery, small bites!! Plus it helps your stomach not stretch back out) I also have been taking shorter breaks between my bites and meals and just going for it. How fun!!! However as you can see later in this video I was SUFFERING!!!!!!!! My body is adjusting I intended on doing a “what I ate in a day” then forgot to bring my phone with me several times when I ran downstairs and snacked on a bunch of stuff lol oops! So I gave up before dinner. I ended up having chick fil an and lots of Reese’s hearts. 💕 I can always count on my Reese’s to give me my protein for the day lol. Excited to see how I progress with getting my eating back to “normal” which was never that normal. Ok byeee
