HI I appreciate the question. I think the confusion is that there isn't a place on your profile per se to upload images. The closest thing is that you can upload images to your status updates section on your profile which also are shown on the home page. However, there are different sections on our site where you could upload images and others can discover them by looking at your profile. We’re already on a high speed Gbps unmetered network and we aren’t close to max capacity. More likely it’s outdated bad codec/compression being applied. If you let us know which clip you’re having issues with we can probably help Thank you

You can ignore members, or block them from viewing your profile. Using both in conjunction is a great way to make someone go away. Thank you

The limit is not exclusively for you. All others have the limit as well. If there is a limit it fosters a better and more fair system for the following reasons. scarcity means that each reaction is more valuable and people tend to reserve it for content they believe has really earned it the limit prevents folks from colluding and repeating liking each others content superfluously just to bump each others reputation. It makes it more challenging for folks to earn reputation giving credence and prestige to those who put in the time and work to earn lots of it and climb to the top. Since people reserve their reactions for the best stuff, it serves the community by indicating who is posting the best stuff and where it can be found. finding content with lot's of reactions has actual meaning.
