  1. That reminds me how one girl told me that she walked the whole Cooper test.
  2. My gf also is in her twenties and struggles with sit-ups (and other exercises) very much. She's skinny-fat. When she's dressed, you'd think she's a fit girl. But when naked she's completely toneless. No muscles at all. Small but flabby upper arms, almost flat but flabby as hell belly, flabby butt and untoned thighs.
  3. My girlfriend has gained about 15 lbs during 2 years of our relationship. But she still wears low rise jeans with short tops that show off flabby as hell lower belly. It jiggles with every step.
  4. My gf ran 6k trail run yesterday. Her time was about 45 minutes. I'm so proud of her!
  5. It's exactly the case with my girlfriend! She has gained serious weight on her belly recently and now is starting to exercise regularly, but her starting condition is pathetic. So out of shape! But you couldn't quess that if she's fully dressed.
  6. Sometimes we run together. She jogs very slowly and even with that takes walking breaks after a few minutes of jogging. Of course, other runners run past us. Basically all the other running girls in our area are in good shape, looks athletic and run much faster. My girl on the other side looks a bit soft, with a squishy belly pooch bulging over her running shorts and doesn't have the stamina to jog more than a few minutes without a walking break.
  7. My gf has gained a few pounds latelly (all on her belly) and it has motivated her to start running and do some exercises, like jumping-jacks and burpees. But she literally can't do more than 14-15 jumping-jacks or 3-4 burpees in a row. I love to see her panting there between the sets.
  8. I also live up the hill and in a 5th floor walk-up and my girlfriend gets winded and is panting EVERY SINGLE TIME she walks up that hill and stairs. She CAN walk it up but it gets her out of breath. Although she is barely overweight she is truly out of shape and skinny-fat, with basically no muscle strenght and no stamina. During sex she avoids being on top because she is embarrassed about how quickly she gets out of breath and has to stop. Sometimes she tries to exercise and it only shows how out of shape she is. She be panting and has to stop after some 13 squats.
  9. I challenged my gf to do unsupported sit-ups as much as she can do. She was optiminstic that she could do at lest 30-40 in one go. So she lied on the floor in her bra and panties, and started sit-ups. From the very first one it was clear that her abs are weak. She struggled to get up, and after 11 sit-ups she collapsed on the floor panting and holding her stomach. Than she managed to do 7 more sit-ups before collapsing again. After a rest she was to continue, but after 4 sit-ups started gasping for breath and took a short break, than the same after the 5th one. Than she made her best and did 10 more sit-ups before had to took a big break not being able to pull her upper body up again. Than she devoted her all to this and with big effort but not giving up made 17 more sit-ups. Than a rest. Than she restarted, much slower than previous time. Doing the 8th, she collapsed backwards, and started panting like crazy. Than a short rest, 4 more, a little break, 1 more. After a minute of rest she tried once again. 11 sit-ups this time. Done with sit-ups. After that I challanged her to also do pus-hups. That was fun. Too weak arms to do even one. Collapsed all the time.

  11. Yesterday my gf did her first exercise session in her brand-new attempt to get ready “to rock a bikini without jiggle” in the summer. The exercise session consisted of: - 100 jumping jacks in 3 sets - 50 squats in 5 sets of 10 - 50 Lunges in 5 sets of 10 - 10 jump squats in 2 sets - 1 minute high knees in 2 sets (with break) - 10 burpees in 2 sets - 0,5 push-ups, than 0,5 girl push-ups - 30 seconds Inchworm - 30 Shoulder taps - 30 chrunches in 3 sets of 10 - 30 Leg rises in 3 sets of 10 - 30 Glute bridges - 30 Bicycle chrunches in 3 sets of 10 - 30 Russian twists in 2 sets of 10 un 2 sets of 5 - 30 seconds plank before collapsig. Nothing was supposed to be divided into sets, she just was too weak to do exercises without breaks. She lacked both cardio and muscle strenght. Already jumping-jacks made her red and breathing hard, she even couldn’t do them in one go although jumping-jacks are really easy for fit peoples. Than squatting showed how incredebly weak her legs are. Afetr 5 jump-squats, that required both cardio and muscles, she first time collapsed on the bed gasping for breath and moaning. When started burpees, she was still winded and sweaty after high knees, and burpees kicked her hard! After a pause to rest a bit and drink some water she tried to do push-ups. But her non-existing arm muscles weren’t able to do even a proper girl push-up. Other exercises she did really slowly, with bigger breaks befor each set than it would be normal for in-shape people. At the end she was totally exhausted and super sweaty. Today she was supposed to exercise again, but she says that her muscles are too sore and she is still too tired to go through it again. But basically she is dedicated to work out almost daily to be able to rock her bikini without jiggling.
  12. It's very hot to see my out of shape gf trying to exercise. So much struggle and so much panting with comments like "I can't make it".
  13. Me and my skinny-fat girlfriend were visiting her parents. We stayed overnight. My gf slept in pajama shorts and a crop, loose top that didn't cover her belly button area. In the morning she was making coffe in the kitchen that way and her little borther came in .He shouted: "look, you have a flabby stomach!"
  14. Exactly! My weak-as-hell gf tried some youtube exercise video, failed to do even a half of it and didn't try it again.
  15. Well, my gf can also do a few knee push-ups if she "cheats", like, don't do them properly. But it's impossible for her to do a proper one. Also it amuses me a lot how it's impossible for her to hold a plank for full 10 seconds... I really charish those rare attempts she does on exercise.
  16. Before I met my gf I thought that not being able to do a girl push-up is a joke. She proved me to be wrong by actually trying it and failing. Lol
  17. I totally agree with you! That's also the case with my girlfriend and four of her best female friends. None of there exercises nor have muscles. I enjoy when my gf is trying some physically challenging sex positions. With her untrained leg muscles, flabby belly with no abs underneath and almost zero upper body strenght she gets tired, out of breath and super sweaty quick as hell, and I have to finish her while she's laying down totally out of breath. And after than complains how out of shape she is (which aruoses me again). I really enjoy how sexy her lack of strenght and stamina is in different situations and how hot her squishy/flabby skinny-fat body looks when naked or in revealing clothes, and how soft it is by touch all over.
  18. Me and my gf are visiting her parents house. My gf stands in the kitchen in tiny shorts, making breakfest. Her dad comes in and say "Morning cellulite!" And laughting. My gf: "ha-ha"
  19. My gf who never exercises decided to do 30 seconds plank. She collapsed after 7 seconds.
  20. No, she does not have muscles. Her's girl friends are as much unfit as she, so when her friends come to visit us they are all panting and coursing about those stairs. Her lack of stamina is also very apparent when we go bicycle. Any hill and she stops riding and starts pushing the bike up, being out of breath evenfrom that. Also she's very slow when we ride flat terrain. When we went swimming for a first time this season (a couple of minutes of light swim), the next day she wondered why her abs are sore. Than she remembered that she swam a bit. Also when we rented sup bords and paddled some half an hour the next day all her muscles was super sore.
  21. It's my place. She moved in. I remember very first time when she came to my place after the date. We started walking up that hill and she was panting already half the way up. When just after the hill I said that we also have to go up the stairs she looked despered. Her moving in with need to go up and down those stairs with her staff nultiple times was also fun. She couldn't move her legs the day after, so sore they were. She avoids to go out without a necessary because she hates taking those stairs. The hardest for her is when she comes home with groceries or any kind of luggage. If I'm home, she asks me to meet her before the hill and take a staff for her because it's too much effort for her to carry it up the hill and stairs.
  22. Your numbers are very similar to my girlfriend's. And I can assure that she's also quite out of shape. We live up the hill and on the 5th floor with no lift. Every sinlge time she goes up that hill and stairs she be very out of breath when she comes in. Like really out of breath. Also we have been in situations when she has to run to catch the train or just be on time for something, and thatkind of effort really leaves her panting fast and heavily.
