Eden is having a hard time sticking to her new years fitness goals, and is having no difficulty devouring all sweets and snacks in the house! It's tough getting back into a fitness routine after six months of binge eating, and neglicting exercise! She did good for a couple weeks to prepare for a 5k that she had signed up for earlier in the year, but with that over, and no future physical commitments, over-eating and playing with her fat belly is much more appealing to her! She still wants to bring fitness back into her life, but why not indulge for a bit longer?
