Pork Fried Vegetable Rice I am getting my pork roast into the instantpot for tonight's dinner. I think the instantpot is one of the best tools in the kitchen... I am adding two cups of water so I will have a beautiful broth to make my rice with as well. This technique will also make the roast very tender in no time so I can roast it in the oven for a bit too... adding that yummy carmelization that makes this a dinner time favorite! Once I take a pretty photo of the finished product I will post the full recipe too! Hope you are having a wonder Funday Sunday! -Becky

I'm looking for new recipes to add to my meal plan for gaining. Any suggestions? I really enjoy Korean, Japanese, and French foods the most, but eating is always more fun when there is a nice variety to add to the spread. I'd like to gain a cup size and at least 10 inches to my hips/butt by this time next summer. Today's lunch shall be ramen and sushi.

So, my dough hook finally arrived and I already had yeast in the fridge (I store it in an air tight mason jar) I can't believe how easy this crust was to make and OH MY GOSH it was soooo SUPER yummy! I will show you the difference between the pretty pizza picture that I make for social media and then the real one for eating lmao!! Please enjoy responsibly with a cold beer! Luv -Becky LeSabre Ingredients 1 1/2 C warm water Should be warm but not hot 2 Tbsp sugar (I used brown sugar) 1 Tbsp rapid rise yeast or "instant yeast" 3 1/2 C flour 1/2 tsp each salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning Doesn't yeast look weird???>>>> Instructions Preheat oven to 550 degrees (I put my cast iron skillet in the oven while its preheating) Mix water, yeast and sugar in a mixing bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Add salt, flour, and spices into a stand mixer with a dough hook and knead until combined. About 3 minutes. (You can do this by hand too) Once kneaded divide dough into two or three equal parts depending on how thick you like your crust. Cover dough with oil to make it easier to press out into your pan. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until crust is browned. Take out pizza and let cool for two minutes before slicing.

Pork Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

I prepared my pork roast in the instantpot for tonight's dinner. Pork: one hour 10 minutes in instapot with soy sauce, 2cups of water, bellpeppers, onion and garlic. 1cup Rice and 1cup broth on the rice setting in instapot. Pork Vegetable Fried Rice Ingredients: Rice Pork Vegetables: (any kind you like) plus the trifecta ginger, garlic, onion. Seasoning: soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sweet chili sauce, and five spice powder. Directions: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon (vegetable, olive, or sesame) oil. Stir in the ginger, garlic, and onions and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. In the same skillet, heat remaining tablespoon oil then add your vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender. Add the pork to the skillet, then cook until the pork is starting to caramelize. Add the rice then stir in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sweet chili sauce, and five spice powder. -
November 20th, 2017: Holiday Recipes and Just Recipes in General!
Taytay posted a blog entry in Curvage Model Taytay's Blog
So since the holidays are very quickly approaching, I wanted to share some recipes that I love with you guys! (both holiday and non-holiday related!) I would also like to dedicate this part of the blog as somewhere that you guys can share great recipes of all kinds with me.. 😏 1)SLOW COOKER RIBS! (MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!) Okay first things first, the rub: 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika 1 1/2 tablespoons packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoons onion powder 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for more heat mix that all together and after you wash, dry, and cut your ribs in to about 4 chunks, rub it on! Now bake for 15 minutes on 400, flip and 15 minutes again! Spray slow cooker with cooking spray Next completely coat the ribs in your choice of barbecue sauce. You can put them in the slow cooker either: *on low for 7-9 hours *or on high for 4-6 hours flip once or twice halfway through and they are done! Mmm 2) CANDIED ACORN SQUASH! You can start by cutting your squash in half (or fourths if desired), clean seeds and guts out completely. Cut about 10 small slits all over the squashes "meat" (the part you will be eating) put about a quarter stick of butter per half. Next, add a generous amount of cinnamon and sugar (to taste) Cover squash with foil and bake in 1 hour increments at 450 degrees. Check for softness every hour (if you cannot easily slice with a spoon it is not ready yet!) you may want to add a little more of the butter, cinnamon, sugar. You will want to still see a pool of butter every time you put it back in. Once it is good and soft you can add sugar and eat as is.. Or you can scoop it all in to a bowl with a cup of milk, another quarter stick of butter, sugar, cinnamon, and mash until all lumps are gone. For all you guys trying to sneak some extra calories in to girlfriends dinners, this is a dish that anyone with a sweet tooth cant and wont say no to! (and squash is still a veggie.. Hehe..) If you use whole milk or cream it can be a good 5 pounds waiting to happen! Trust me, I would know... 😉 I will add more as I think of them. If I get any recipes commented here I will add them as well! Thanks!! 🐖 -
