Well I had a girlfriend a few years ago that manged to gain 50 pounds in one month, yes she was trying to gain, she had a strict diet of a 2000 calorie weight gain shake, 5 600k or more meals per day, and at least 2 500ml tubs of Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream, plus whatever else she felt like eating. All together she was scarfing down about 8000-8500 calories per day. Also, get LOTS and LOTS of Nutella. Outgrew all of her clothes, was amazing. Holy shit did she get fat. So if you really want your girlfriend to get really fat, there's what I would suggest, just make sure she knows what she's getting herself into.
