  1. Hi everyone! I just wanted to share some photos of my pizza stuffing last night! I'm really starting to enjoy the occasional feeling of being full beyond capacity! If you haven't added me on snapchat, you're missing out! laurathefoodie (If you do add me, be aware that if you take screenshots without my explicit consent, I will block you.)
  2. You guys are so sweet, I swear, thank you. Thank you, and you're welcome! Eh, there are a lot of people in America far more educated than myself. I think it's a little unfair make a blanket statement like that about all of America. There are no such contracts unless you are hyper-educated on a very specific subject such as rocket science, neurosurgery, etc. AND are chosen to fill one of the very small number of slots available for said career in the year in which you apply. Otherwise, for us ordinary folks, we have to go through a very long and tedious process of obtaining a work visa and/or permanent residency before we can get a job. Yes I have looked into the options at nearby universities, but there are a lot of programs and what I end up ultimately choosing will depend on availability, and I could very well change my mind on my major part of the way through. I was referring to the BBC series, yes, but I haven't read any Sherlock. Yes, I enjoy staying fairly active! I've never tried real German food that I know of, but I LOVE French food and do enjoy Chinese and Italian, yes. I was very good at Spanish in high school, but am since out of practice. I don't think I'll have much trouble with French, but we will see. A trade diploma is when you go to college for a specific skill or job. It's a hands-on, usually short learning program that takes you beyond entry-level employment but without an education foundation that you would find in university. A nurse aid is the person who takes hands-on care of patients. They're also known as personal support workers or certified nursing assistants. Basically you help patients or residents perform day to day activities--eating, using the washroom, bathing, getting dressed, etc., and in some cases administer medication and/or help with physical therapy. I enjoy both men's and women's soccer but hadn't given much thought to the World Cup to be honest, but since there will be no games held in Toronto, I probably won't be attending any of them. I might make the road trip to Ottawa or Montreal depending on who's playing, but it's over a year away, so I have no idea. I definitely do have my own pack of cigarettes because I'm pretty particular about what kind I smoke (only Northfields in Canada and American Spirits in the states) and I don't want to be the obnoxious person buying single cigarettes off my friends. I'll also have one if I'm particularly stressed out or something. May I ask why you seem so concerned about it? I do love to cook, and I typically do cook instead of going out. I do indeed take my cat out on a leash. Thank you, and I understand that, but I truthfully very much enjoy being nude. Thank you guys so much for your support on my BigCuties news, you beat me to announcing it here!
  3. Thank you all! This is what I wore today. I hope you like my style.
  4. Just polished off this baby! Now I'm craving ice cream. :-[
  5. Thank you! I have a thread in the standard paysite promotion section now, so if you could direct any paysite related questions there, that would be excellent.
  6. Of course, thank you! Sure, I understand and agree, it's gone. I have paid for my membership but am unable to make a post in that section yet, and I have messaged SuperJ about it. My site was just a long time in the making, and I was super excited to have it up. I totally understand where you're coming from, though, so I will wait before posting further.
  7. Thank you! I really don't want to break any rules posting here, I'm just waiting to for my paysite posting privileges to come through so I can post there, but if you do purchase a clip, please send me a message with feedback, good or bad! I really want to produce high quality videos for you all, so I would love to hear what improvements I could be making. Thank you, I think? Haha
  8. Omg, no, that's nearly blasphemy, but thank you so much! I fluctuate between a few different sizes, but right now I wear a size twenty. Thanks everyone! I'll attach a couple photos here, but make sure to check my Tumblr for several more photos and for some exciting news! The link is in my signature!
  9. I have tried four separate times over yesterday and today to post replies to each individual comment, but it would not post! So for now I am just going to say a giant thank you to all of you! Here are a few pictures from night before last. They aren't very high quality, but I feel quite cute in them.
  10. Thank you! Thank you, I always enjoy your poems! I quite enjoy them myself. Thank you! That's more my "going out to volunteer and probably get dirty" attire than my "going out and trying to look nice" attire, though. I think I probably am going to take that photo! Both are great, you're going to love them. Haha that's probably a good call, but I don't mind either way, whichever is better for you! Thank you, thank you! I will take those photos sometime this week. I can't stop liking coffee, GOT, or Wes Anderson, though, my apologies. Thanks! Cool, palaeontology seems to be a fascinating field! Thank you! Thanks so much! Thank you! We shall see. Thank you both, I definitely will!
  11. Haha maybe I'll try that when I get home! Hahaha wow, thank you! Please, come out more often! Thanks. I basically put butter in or on everything I consume, with very few exceptions. If I don't have coffee at some point during the day, it just feels incomplete. As an American citizen, I uphold my fifth amendment right to avoid self incrimination. (Both, but again, socially and occasionally.) Maybe I'm not. Maybe I'm a figment of your imagination. Maybe none of us exist. No no, thank you. I don't know any French yet, so I can't really read that comment. But I will send you a message if I need any help down the road, thank you for offering. Those places all look really beautiful! I know I'm going to a cottage somewhere in "cottage country" one week in July with some friends, but I have no idea where it is, other than that it's North haha. Just wait until you get to the second to last episode of season three. You will scream or cry or just sit staring at your blank television, I don't know because I don't know you, but oh my god it is unbelievable. I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy Rushmore and Moonrise Kingdom, also. To be honest, you'll probably get the quickest response by just commenting on this thread, but if you would prefer to email me, that's totally fine, and I will answer as soon as I can. My email is [email protected] This is hilarious. Though you missed my name, I'm incredibly flattered. Your work sounds amazing; I would be super interested to hear more about it. Thank you! Thank you! Yep, absolutely! I didn't have time to take several or set up the tripod before leaving the house, but I took one in what I happened to be wearing to today haha. I will take more when I can.
  12. Coffee, which I take with a bit of salted butter, a little raw sugar, and a whole lot of cream. GF toast with butter and honey. Big caesar salad. More coffee. Roasted chicken with buttered brussels sprouts and buttered rice. Tea, with honey and cream. Rice Crispies cereal with whole milk. I really like butter. Thank you!
  13. Well thank you officially, then! A really tiny town in the Northwestern corner of the state. Oh yeah, these curves are many many pizzas (and other tasty things) in the making! I have not gotten to see Grand Budapest Hotel yet, but I REALLY want to. I will as soon as it's out on DVD. I don't really get to go to the cinema often because it's so insanely expensive here. I've actually gone twice since moving here. I haven't seen either of those, but they sound incredible. I will definitely check them out, thank you for the suggestions! Thank you! Thank you, you're going to! Haha no, I'm sorry. I don't have WiFi at home, and uploading videos eats my phone's data alive, and I am not leaving my house again tonight! Thank you! I certainly did! No problem! I am definitely planning to rent a car and spend some time in Algonquin park this summer. I know that isn't really North Ontario, but it's North of here! Where should I visit in the real Northern Ontario? Game of Thrones is really incredible, it has so far only gotten better and better. You will feel every emotion possible while watching the series. I can't pick one favorite from each, but I suppose I can narrow it down to two--for Wes Anderson, Rushmore and Moonrise Kingdom, and for the Coen brothers, O Brother Where Art Thou and Fargo. But really, all of their work is fantastic. Thank you and you're welcome! I have no idea whether I will ever have tattoos. I have a few in mind, but there always seems to be something I would prefer to spend that amount of money on. I don't know, but I'm glad you're here now! Thank you! I'm about 5'9". Thank you! I have no plans. I just eat what I like and let my body do its own thing. And, as promised, after a day of food.
  14. Why thank you! I'm going to choose to take this as a compliment, I hope you don't mind. Thank you! I'm from a very rural Bible belt type of town. I couldn't even see another house from where I used to live, only pastures and forest. So in that way, living in Toronto is VERY different for obvious reasons. I do miss the quiet, the mountains, the aimless driving, but I've enjoyed the change as well. Where I lived in NC, I had to drive over an hour to get to a decent movie theater or grocery store, and here everything I could possibly want is right here in my city. I feel like there are endless possibilities here. The only huge downside is the COLD! This winter drove me a little nuts, to be honest. People are people, and they aren't drastically different from each other no matter where you go, or at least that has been my experience. Each place has its pro's and con's, but I feel like Toronto is definitely the right place for me to be at this point in my life. I will leave you all with this picture of my belly now that it is back to normal after last night's pizza. If I eat a lot this evening, I'll post an "after."
  15. Thank you! I was full, though! Wow, thanks so much! I hope you're right! Wow, are we playing twenty questions? Haha Thanks for your concern about Murphy, and no I suppose I don't mind. I am an American. I am originally from North Carolina, and have recently moved to Toronto, ON. So I am immigrating TO Canada FROM the US. I would like to finish a degree in Biology, probably, or something a bit more specific depending on the university I ultimately attend and what they offer. There would be a lot of careers I would be happy doing, as long they involve helping animals. I love classic novels, particularly those written by women, and I am a huge Harry Potter fan. I enjoy a wide range of literature, though, and I also spend a great deal of time reading scientific books, specifically ones about biology and ecology. My favorite TV shows are Game of Thrones, The Daily Show, Sherlock, and Community. I like all kinds of movies, but I appreciate independent films in particular. My favorite well known producers/directors are Wes Anderson and the Coen brothers, but I like a lot of dramas, comedies, and documentaries, especially. I enjoy photography, listening to and playing music, exploring the outdoors whether that means the wilderness or the city, hiking, horseback riding, reading, and I love traveling on the rare occasion that I'm able to do it. I'm unsure of what you mean by this question. I love any food with cheese, cream, or butter, really, but I'm a bit sensitive to wheat. I like all types of food. I haven't tried a type of cuisine yet that I haven't enjoyed. I speak English, and I could have a conversation in Spanish if the other speaker spoke slowly and didn't use too many difficult words haha. I plan to learn French soon. I graduated high school, have completed some college, and have a trade diploma as a nurse aide. My favorite subjects were English, art, and the Earth and life sciences. I'm not a big sports fan, to be honest. I enjoy soccer a lot, but I don't have a favorite team, and my favorite sports are the equestrian sports, but those are usually judged on the individual level instead of as a team. I am definitely open minded to the idea of getting a few tattoos one day if I ever have any truly disposable income. I drink and smoke socially occasionally. Thanks. My belly still rolled when I sat, I think. I didn't put on any pants for the rest of the night, so I'm not sure if they were any tighter. I didn't suffer too much, I make relatively low acid pizza choices.
