Sad feedee lately. But at least my bum is growing 🍑
I wish I was the type of person to stuff my face when I’m really sad…but I am the complete opposite and I am almost repulsed by food. Luckily I’ve managed to stuff myself a little bit today with unhealthy food..I had pudding for dinner… but I need a lot more encouragement.
Anyone else have this issue? 😔 I wish food solved all my problems.

Dude, that sucks! Sadly, yes, I do the same thing. I associate food with happiness, so when I’m really depressed I just don’t eat much. Hopefully whatever the problem is will pass soon, though :).

I go one of two ways: eat a ton, or cook a ton to eat later. I love cooking. It soothes me.

Completely understand. I don't feel like cooking or eating when I'm upset. Do you need help getting motivated?
