There isnt a way to do this, just try, try try to find people to be friends with or date, and if they're into that, cool you succeded, if they're against it, try someone else, and if you don't find someone after a year of trying, just don't try it ever again and get used to it.

There is no complete correct way and its pretty much impossible now.

Tbh , There isn't really a save result for any way you handle the problem. If you're direct, you're most likely not getting any chance, trying to mention it while dating someone or being in a relationship with that person also could backfire. And trying to not talk about and hide it from your partners will just build up frustation inside of you, until you one day snap. Its quite a pointless situation.
