Taco Bell sounded like a good snack until I decided to challenge myself to eat over 3000 plus calories in under 20 minutes. I am literally so stuffed that I can’t move off my couch.. I’m constantly working on creating bad eating habits so I blow up and become really out of shape and obese. I recently got hired for a new job and I’m panicking that none of my dress pants fit! 🐽 Looks like I’m just going to have to go shopping for new clothes.. During the quarantine, I decided to become a lazy pig and just completely let myself go and I put on 35lbs. Think I’m addicted to how fat I’m becoming 😉
So during lockdown I got a little softer and belly rounder. then going back to work as a chef eating chips rice chicken all day as well as lots of food in the house. Also watching Curvage Videos (Thank you To the models who make such great content) Watching a lot To pass the time while stuffing or drinking lots, wearing sweatpants or elastic cotton shorts not realising how much softer and squishy my hips or how round my belly was even when empty.
Starting to notice my tops were tighter was my realisation moment, hoping it continues at least 20-30lbs. Giving me that beer belly / Potbelly / dad bod. Truly a plump fat chef.
Started on Monday at 150. Drank my boost plus and plenty of chipoltle. Averaged 5000+ calories everyday! Weighed in at a 155 and the last 48 I’ve noticed a ballooning effect. Here’s a before and after of a dominos pizza stuffing.
