So I'm making this thread in hopes that y'all can provide any tips, meal recipes, shake recipes, or other things I should eat/buy/do! Guest high Posted November 12, 2022 Share Posted November 12, 2022 You've got to out-eat your metabolism! I suggest stuffings 3-4x/week, where you're uncomfortably full, but not sick. Start off with light foods and concentrate instead on increasing capacity. Then, as time goes by, start increasing the caloric density of the food.
