bluetech Posted February 3, 2022 Share Posted February 3, 2022 I think exercise is the best way to control visceral vs. subcutaneous fat as visceral fat tends to get burned first. canadianfeeder66 Posted February 14, 2022 Share Posted February 14, 2022 Regular exercise prevents the buildup of visceral fat versus subcutaneous fat. You don't need to be running marathons, but regular exercise is definitely a good idea whether you're a gainer, feeder, or just anybody in general.
