You may need help with mobility, maybe a scooter?

Hmm, how fast do you tend to gain? Perhaps a year and a half, or a year if you're really feeling ambitious -- but do a pace you are comfortable with!

Unos 120kg

I think 150 kg is perfect. See if you can get there between now and this time next year?
