I need to work on getting back into shape. It's been far too long since my last workout. I even grabbed some new workout clothes. They are a bit too tight because I totally gained a ton of weight and my normal size just isn't cutting it. All the more reason to stuff myself into the new outfit and get to work. I try a few exercises and I am completely failing. I turn on music to maybe help out and that isn't working either. I am just too fat. All these exercises were a piece of cake when I was skinny. At one point I have to free my big belly from my pants. Way too tight and constricting. Gotta let that fat belly free and hang out. Eventually I give up and go grab a snack. I sit on the floor with a big glass of milk and a pack of double stuffed Oreo cookies. Lifting those heavy cookies to my mouth is totally an exercise, right?
