Looking for a new shake recipe, preferably something in the ranges of 3-4K and up calories wise, my old shake seems to not be working as well and wasn’t very good tasting.

Pork Fried Vegetable Rice I am getting my pork roast into the instantpot for tonight's dinner. I think the instantpot is one of the best tools in the kitchen... I am adding two cups of water so I will have a beautiful broth to make my rice with as well. This technique will also make the roast very tender in no time so I can roast it in the oven for a bit too... adding that yummy carmelization that makes this a dinner time favorite! Once I take a pretty photo of the finished product I will post the full recipe too! Hope you are having a wonder Funday Sunday! -Becky

So I've never made my own post on this site, but over the last 6 months I've been a journey to collect and create the most delicious and calorie-filled meals I can. I've gotten to a point where I need to start keeping track of everything I've made, and what better place than here to share with all of you? Most recipes I share are ones I have found online and made adjustments to. My goal for all of these has been to balance maximum calories with restaurant-level taste. I hope to keep adding recipes AND tips that I've picked up over time until I have a COOKBOOK'S worth of recipes. I hope that all you feeders, feedees, gainers, etc. find as much success with this thread as me and my partner have.

Just wanted to share a REALLY fat recipe I whipped up 😊 1. Base: Potato leek soup If you want to make it easy you can skip this step but I made it from scratch with a recipe I found online! It contains butter, heavy cream, potatoes etc (already off to a good start) the recipe for that: https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/potato-leek-soup.html 2. Add butter to a huge p0t and mix in onion, garlic, celery, mushroom, carrots and any meat of your choice! 3. Add in the soup, a small can of creamy mushroom soup, half and half (I eyeball as I go but I’d say one quart is enough, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt to taste and stirrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 4. Add in gnocchi (I used the small sized gnocchi) and spinach. Top with parsley and shaved parmesan cheese It’s so easy to make (honestly I’ll probably just buy the potato leek soup premade next time) and SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!! I let two friends taste test it and they agreed it was delicious. Not to mention you have the potatoes, gnocchi, heavy cream, half and half, butter, cheese etc it’s just a fattening as fuck recipe that I HAD to share!!! I had so many bowls as the soup cools it thickens up and I think this is the best soup I’ve made to date 😍

Pink Lemonade Pie is a reciple that has been in my family forever. Only in my grown up years have I really taken notice to how fattening the dessert really is! Made with cool whip, sweetened condensed milk and other fattening ingredients, the pie is just as fattening as it is delicous and boy is this pie the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. This week I decided to make and gorge myself on this sickeningly sweet concoction that has plagued my families waistline for years! I wanted to share this recipe so that feedists can get a glimpse into my life and get a look at one of the many dishes that has been responsible for my incredible weight gain. Feeders will be able to replicate this dessert for their feedees and feedees will be introduced to their new food obsession. I apologize in advance, for if you do try my recipe it is most likely you'll end up morbidly obese- like me.$10.99

So, my dough hook finally arrived and I already had yeast in the fridge (I store it in an air tight mason jar) I can't believe how easy this crust was to make and OH MY GOSH it was soooo SUPER yummy! I will show you the difference between the pretty pizza picture that I make for social media and then the real one for eating lmao!! Please enjoy responsibly with a cold beer! Luv -Becky LeSabre Ingredients 1 1/2 C warm water Should be warm but not hot 2 Tbsp sugar (I used brown sugar) 1 Tbsp rapid rise yeast or "instant yeast" 3 1/2 C flour 1/2 tsp each salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning Doesn't yeast look weird???>>>> Instructions Preheat oven to 550 degrees (I put my cast iron skillet in the oven while its preheating) Mix water, yeast and sugar in a mixing bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Add salt, flour, and spices into a stand mixer with a dough hook and knead until combined. About 3 minutes. (You can do this by hand too) Once kneaded divide dough into two or three equal parts depending on how thick you like your crust. Cover dough with oil to make it easier to press out into your pan. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until crust is browned. Take out pizza and let cool for two minutes before slicing.

Here is one of my favorite recipes to put on weight. It’s extremely easy, inexpensive and full of fat and calories. Add chicken and bacon for even more delicious calories and flavor. Make sure you don’t drain off the bacon grease! Michael Symon Mac and Cheese

1 Package of three med/large chicken breast 2 medium sized zucchini 3 medium sized squash 1 red onion 1 large red bell pepper 1 large green bell pepper 1 jalepeno or other type of hot pepper (optional) 2 jars of Bertolli Mushroom alfredo sauce 1 package fettuccine noodles 1 Medium bottle of extra virgin olive oil 1. stick of butter 1 Spice bottle of Cayenne Pepper 1 Spice bottle of cajun seasoning 1. Chop all vegetables (I chop my peppers, and onions all long length) add to bowl 2. slice zucchini and squash and then cut into halves (add to separate bowl) 3. Cut off fat from chicken and cube. 4. Add desired amount of cayenne pepper and cajun seasoning to chicken. Remember the cajun seasoning already has salt in it so do not over do it. 5. In a frying pan or wok on medium heat cook the peppers and onions in heated butter and extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle desired amount of spices(cajun and cayenne) 6. Remove onions and peppers when soft to container with the drippings. Do not throw away drippings. 7. Add squash and zucchini to pan with slice of butter and extra virgin olive oil. add desired seasoning. remove with drippings to container. 8. Cook the already seasoned chicken with butter and olive oil. remove to container that was not kept in originally(due to raw chicken) and keep drippings. 9. DO NOT CLEAN PAN- Add in Bertolli's mushroom alfredo sauce, both bottles. fill one bottle half way with water. slowly add water and stir while scraping the bottom of the pan. 10. Add each vegetable in one at a time with drippings and then the chicken. the drippings will give the alfredo sauce the spicy flavor. 11. cook on low for 15 mins, occasionally stirring. you can also add extra spices for a desired taste. 12. cook fettuccine noodles and drain 13 Serve over noodles and EAT!!!
