I’ve picked up that some people in my family are embarrassed by how big I’ve gotten and are praying I’ll get a grip and go back to eating for one. There are literally no obese people in my family. Everyone has a gym membership. Most of them also play football, run, cycle, climb, hike etc. 
It’s strange when you’re trying to enjoy a meal, mouth and fork permanently full of food and people around the table are being quizzed about what activities they’ve been doing to stay fit. “Are you doing any marathons this year? What are your favourite exercises?”
They can tell mine is chewing. 🤣🤣🤣
