ingredients: 2 enchilada seasoning packets, 29 oz can crushed tomatoes 1.5 cups water 1 taco seasoning packet (to cook with meat), 2-3 shredded chicken breast, or 1lb ground turkey/beef, corn tortillas 3 cups cheese (Monterey jack)
