Kotor 2 easily has one of the most morally ambiguous storylines I've encountered in a video game, great character development. I haven't really delved deep into The Old Republic MMO, but I hear it's got a great storyline nowadays, too. Probably pick that up after I finish a few other games. The old republic is free to play, and they just released it on steam too.
