Everything is unhealthy if you overdo it - proteins as well. Just keep your normal meals "well-balanced" in fat, protein, vitamins and carbs. Treats tend to be "unhealthy" ;D If the rest of your diet is okay you can happily enjoy sweets as usual ;)

(Ocasional check-ups will do good though)

My girlfriend likes for me to get her treats to eat. Any ideas for healthy fattening tasty treats?

How healthy are we talking?  What is her normal diet, and what kind of snacks does she usually like?
