Exercise failing has become an everyday occurrence for me. I get winded walking up the two flight of stairs to get into my apartment. When Mom’s Soup Just Doesn’t Cut It! Hey guys! So, today I had to make a tough choice. My mom made her famous cabbage soup (ugh, too healthy not my thing!), and I had to politely decline. Instead, I made myself something more satisfying—a piadina. Now, for those of you unfamiliar, a piadina is a soft, thin Italian flatbread. I stuffed mine with bresaola (which is an Italian air-dried, salted beef—think of it like prosciutto, but made from beef instead of pork), some mozzarella cheese, and loaded it with tons of mayonnaise. To wash it all down, of course, I had a Coca-Cola! Now, I won’t lie, after that meal, there were some burps (oops! 😅). I had to step back from the camera for a moment to give you a better view of my body while I was sitting down—so you could get the full experience! I apologize for my English. I know I’m not perfect, but I’m working on improving it! 😄 I love when the food is so juicy and loaded with flavors that the liquids just drip from my hands and chin. There’s nothing better than licking up those tasty drops as they run down! All the clothes are way too tight and I'm having such a hard time trying to fit into these jeans which are too big for most women but way too small for a fat pig like me. I'm sweating and hot trying to get my cellulite-filled thighs out of the way.
