I think opening up would be a good idea. If she feels unattractive, specific validation can really do a lot for someone.

Her b/a pic got posted on the cringetopia subreddit and things spiraled when they saw her asking for help on the wgbeforeafter subreddit. Post got a lot of attention and she deleted her reddit account.

You can't direct fat. Have her do squats and lunges, it's good for mobility anyway.

Can you post an updated picture? That's a crazy gain since the beginning of the thread!

How much does she weigh?

3,500 excess calories makes you gain 1 lb, and there are calculators out there to figure out about how many calories you need to maintain weight. Also weight gain shakes around here usually are carbs and fat, not protein like typical muscle gainer shakes. Heavy cream and ice cream mixed with whatever makes it taste good.
