Yeah even though it's only been a week there's a pretty big change in outlook. A big confidence boost when out and about knowing that other people may not be perceiving her appearance they way she assumes they do. Prior to this she would get dressed up, feel nice, see herself in the mirror, hate what she saw and then get changed into something else and now she feels more comfortable - she now knows not everyone thinks the skinny girls look the nicest. The response has definitely surprised her! As have some of the pictures we've posted, I'd had some of them for a while but she would never even look at them. Telling me "I never knew that's what my bum looks like! " was a good moment, a sign of a big change I think. Still not entirely comfortable with this side of things but definitely more body positive. Not offended by the kinks many of us share on this forum but she doesn't quite get it (yet?) Overall very positive!

My wife has always been unhappy with the way that she looks at any size. Over the years she has changed quite a lot. She knew that I liked the way she looks now but has only recently started trying to accept the way that she looks and be happy in herself. I have opened up to her about a lot of this stuff to try and help her confidence and to see if she can find some happiness and enjoyment from it.
