  4. She used to do some modelling back in high school so maybe she relaxed a bit on exercise or is still eating as much as back in the day but more calorie dense foods. Not sure but I shall keep you posted and see where this is going. Should be a fun journey!
  5. Hey guys, yet another wonderful find I'd like to share with everybody. This girl I knew from high school was always skinny. One of those that could literally eat whatever she wanted and how much she wanted and never gain any weight at all. She'd easily stuff herself with north of 4000 calories a day (generally not unhealthy stuff, just mountains of food) and stay skinny. She used to show off her perfect body whenever she had the chance with very tight clothes, cropped stuff and so on. I just recently saw her again and loved her body. Not that she's really blown up like some girls do post-college. She just had gotten a bit more softness to hold on to on various parts of her body. She's still thin yet I wouldn't call her skinny anymore. We randomly ran into each other and decided to grab a coffee. She went straight for a pastry with it as well. As we sat down, before we started chatting about life and what he have been up to the last few years she bites into her pastry and goes "It's weird but for some reason I'm just always hungry lately". Going on her insta I realised that this new hunger situation must have started about a year ago. At least that's when she started gaining a bit here and there. What's really cool though is that she's still super body confident and doesn't really seem to either notice or care about the extra layer of fat. At least she still posts bikini pictures, wears slim-fit and cropped clothes, etc. Please enjoy and let me know if you want to see more!

  7. The previously so extremely sporty and therefore traditionally very skinny Esther Sedlaczek seems to have gotten quite the belly lately. Definitely pushing for a larger jeans size with that button being really tight, don't you think? Just imagine her in a bikini 🤩 sadly I couldn't find any other pictures of her new extra weight.
  8. More signs of future weight gain, in addition to previously mentioned behavioural things, can be a certain level of self confidence regarding your body no matter what it looks like. Maybe it's even a little denial in terms of slight slight curves that might already have formed here or there. See for yourself:
  9. here is another example where she's still not fat yet but the rolls are coming in hot and starting to fill out the dress that now has turned tight and will probably be even tighter going forward🤩 can't wait for the calories to come!!
  10. I can agree to some degree although I do find the other factors to be pretty reliable predictors as well. Even more fascinating to me is the fact that it's exciting to see or even predict where the girl will gain it. Some put it all in the belly, others mostly thighs and some mostly in their ass. No matter where the fat goes, typically if it's one distinct part of the body it just tends to blow up that part and keep everything else more or less the same. I can in particular think of one friend who is in her early 30s and she over the course of the last 10 years has grown from a normal body (never skinny although that would have been even more fun to watch) to a super bottom heavy girl. It's literally all on her ass, just a small roll or two in the belly but truly not much. No change in boob size (I asked her) and slightly but really not that much on her thighs. There goes something that must be close to 20 lbs little by little every year straight to her ass, absolutely blowing up her butt cheeks. fascinating! I personally prefer when the gain is evenly distributed across the entire body with a little bit more on every part of it, but if I had to one area more than others it would be the belly for me. What area would be the most exciting to you if you had to pick one? Because every girl gains differently and in different parts of the body I do think that is one of the most exciting aspects of watching someone gain. Even predicting where on the body the calories will go and in what time.
  11. that sounds amazing! any pictures? I especially enjoy predicting weight gains with girls and then watching it happen. I just went on a trip for several days with two friends and I just couldn't stop tallying up the calories they each ate throughout the day. Both have normally thin bodies but are not skinny. I believe one of them has already gotten slightly rounder hips. Let me see if I have a picture. Given the indicators I have identified both of them as future chubs and even on the trip they definitely exceeded their daily calories every single day (although not by much so probably will be a slow gain and no guarantee they keep that up now that they're back home).

In my experience there are five signs/behaviors that typically very accurately predict/cause a future weight gain in girls even if she's skinny right now: really likes to snack What I mean is that she likes to nibble on things. Here and there in between tasks or stuff she does she goes over and grabs a bite of something. Could be a cookie or just breaks off a piece of chocolate or grabs a few nuts or something like that. Usually those are exactly the extra few calories that fuel a very slow but surprisingly steady accumulation of body fat. In reality that's actually better than a fast gain cause it a) often goes unnoticed for a long time because it's happening so slowly and b) is easier for the girl to deal with and get used to. By the time she notices that her clothes don't fit, she is so used to her body that she will just go out and buy a bigger size. The snack doesn't have to be calorie intensive or big. If it's an apple but happens regularly (every day or even a few times throughout the same day) you can easily substitute the apple for a cookie or a granola bar. But do little steps, replace the apple (say 30kcal) with a banana (say 80 kcal). Thereby you've already almost tripled the calories consumed. A few days later you can bring the banana together with half a cookie (say 80kcal + 100kcal) and maybe a week after that you can leave the banana off and just bring her a whole cookie (say 200 kcal). A week after that you substitute the cookie for a granola bar (say 260kcal) cause you tell her you ran out of cookies. That way over the course of a month you have basically managed to scale up the same "snack" that she's used to, up from 30 calories to 260 calories. You could even go as far as making her a smoothie as a snack and bringing that up to 500kcal. For her, even though she's basically doing the same she has always done and is satisfying her craving for a snack, she will slowly put on a little extra fat here and there. It's important to note that snacks have to be in addition to three full meals per day in order for this behaviour to be a fairly accurate prediction of weight gain. I find that even if you don't get involved you will find weight gain creeping up on girls that like to snack a lot (even if it's very small or healthy snacks). loves baked goods If a girl loves her baked goods like pastries, cookies and cakes but is skinny now it usually is because she a) doesn't have much access to it, b) has a very fast metabolism (does a lot of sports), c) is really exercising control to not gain weight. Over time usually that will lead to significant weight gain as those are calories that pretty much come as a treat after a full meal even if she's full so they go directly on the belly, hips and ass. In terms of feeding it makes sense to just increase availability to it and consumption will increase automatically. has a big ass relative to her body What I mean is that she carries her weight in the bottom. Some girls already as they are skinny have a larger butt relative to other parts of the body. I also find that even if a girl is skinny otherwise there might be just a very thin layer of fat around the butt that you can grab. That basically signals that the girl would store her extra calories right there if there were any. The body is prepared and ready, it just needs those calories. I'll attach a few pictures of girls where that is exactly the case. They are thin now but have bigger ass than the rest of their body which means that's exactly where the weight will go and it's a matter of time until they get beautifully chubby. Loves a big portion Is a good eater and finishes her plate. If she likes a solid portion it's ideal and will eventually lead to substantial weight gain. It just has to happen because there will then be days where she eats too much/more than she needed to and that will round out her curves. has a chubby mother or sister or friends Another fairly reliable indicator is if a girl has a lot of chubby or fat friends. If most of her friends are skinny, she will feel serious pressure to stay skinny and most likely that will be the case. If her friends have a beginner belly, are slightly chubby or more curvy then there is a strong chance she will also go that way long term because the lifestyle and behaviours are similar among friends. Their eating and exercising habits rub off on each other. A sister or mother with some extra pounds indicates that she has a genetic disposition to gain weight. Often mothers and sisters and daughters all have similar lifestyle habits so if one or two out of two or three are chubby it is likely that she will get a little heavier too over time. Obviously, if you know that she isn't very active (likes to lay around on the couch and watch movies or read, works from home, etc) that will fuel weight gain as well and is an ideal predictive factor but I believe that's common sense. There is no guarantee ofc but these have been pretty good indicators for me so far. Lots of other factors involved as well though.
