"Dirty bulking"

It depends on how many calories you ate. If you ate 1000 calories more than you burned everyday, you could gain about eight pounds. Much of that would be muscle, but also some of it is going to be fat, especially if you eat more calories and gain faster. That’s why body builders have to “cut” (Iose weight) after they bulk to get rid of all the fat and achieve their ideal physique.

Bulking is when you overeat and work out to gain muscle. Dirty bulking is bulking with no limits to what you can eat or how much you eat. Dirty bulkers just eat as many calories as possible without any rules. It’s kind of like being a gainer, but you’re out to gain muscle instead of fat, planning to lose the fat after the bulking is over.
