Does anyone have the full sets that appeared on SC of these 2 girls? there are many pics scattered all over the web but just some pics here and there. if anyone does it would be greatly appreciated if they would share with me. they are my to favorites of all time on SC

there is tons of cowritered material on this site if you have not noticed. from score, plumper pass just to mention a few . Is this not a forum where we discuss the lovely ladies we like? also can we not ask others to share and also admire the same lovely ladies? Do we not constantly  post a pick of Kerry Marie, Felicity Clover Keira jones, Kimberly Marvel etc... is this not all copywriterrd material. If that is the case all we would have is a bring site with just emails and no pics..  every pic posted here in some form or another is or copywrited as it has appeared somewhere else. Even taking pics from face book and posting here without permission of that person should be violation

if I asked someone if they wanted to share pics with me of these 2 lovely ladies and someone wanted to send them to me and I can share some of mine with him or them than that should me but don't be hypocritical and say I can not ask when all that is on this site for the most part is copywrited.

While that is certainly a valid point, we take the view that most of the content posted here could be considered "fair use", but openly asking for full sets is not acceptable, especially as Southern Charms is on our DNP list.

Fair use provisions might work for a few images out of a set, but many photos could be considered whole works. According to US law, most of the content on this site would be borderline illegal.

The real factor here is that Southern Charms and certain other sites might send a cease and desist notice. On the internet, you can share whatever you want, as long as no one complains.

Exactly, and the old Curvage was taken down as a result of a DMCA notice sent by none other than Southern Charms.
